Beware - Fraudulent Behavior by Paradise Events and Liting Chan I paid a deposit of nearly $23,000 to Paradise Events and Liting Chan for floral décor four years ago. The wedding was canceled due to Covid (the planning service fee of $6000 was paid separately), and no flower décor were ever provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact her via calls and emails, she has refused to respond or refund my money. I have since left Canada and the deposit was lost forever. Her actions are dishonest and unprofessional--avoid doing business with them if you don't want to risk losing your money. read more

Terrible customer service. It appears they only care to serve you and respond to you if you're spending a lot of money. Requested quote by email and someone got back to me with more questions IMMEDIATELY. Once I stated I was only looking for dance floor, they went MIA and won't answer a single email. Swan and the team at paradise events completely blew my mind. I had the pleasure of planning TD's Christmas party and I couldn't be happier when I found a company that could provide me a one-stop shop for the lighting, dj and photo-booth at a fantastic price. They took all my stress away and I left everything in their hands. Anything I asked for, they made it work and delivered. The night itself was amazing. The lighting was beautiful- the DJ was awesome and the photo-booth was a huge hit. The quality of the pictures was nothing like I've seen before. Swan and Simon from Paradise Events hosted the photo booth at our wedding and it added so much fun and precious memories to our wedding! Our guests enjoyed how friendly and professional the team was in creating an exciting photo booth experience for everyone at the wedding. The quality of the photo prints was superb and we also really liked the custom-made banner that was printed on all the photos showing our names and wedding date. Our guests loved all the cool and festive props and enjoyed taking the photos home as mementos of our special day. Swan and his team were also very flexible in accommodating the needs of our hectic day which we are so grateful for.
