I called around the Belle Vernon Area for ANYONE who would be able to get us in today because my daughter was sick of the way her hair looked and I felt realy bad (expecially because I was the last one to work on it). She needed it professionally done and done today and there was no way around it. SO I called around and everyone either was booked up for everyone either closes early on Sunday, or had an hour wait. The final call I made was to Holiday Hair who had no wait. I had no idea what to expect. I thought we were gonna be manipulated into having to pay for 4-10 procedures to correct my daughters color, plus the conditioning and the cut. We were so desperate that i would have had to pay a high HIGH price for mediocre corporate chain work. I was wrong about it all. I told her how my daugher needed her color corrected, needed conditioned. How she needed the dead ends cut in a way that would facilitate her ultimate goal of super long hair. Tia was my daughters stylist, and she got her game plan down, executed it, and did it better than any self-proclaimed high-end, overpriced over promising and over-charging stylist we have ever gone to. I swear, she had my girls hair shape and color unbelievable! I swear that by trimming her ends...it made my daughters lenth appear 2 inches LONGER. I KNOW for a FACT...anyone else I called earlier would have tried to feed me some bologni like the color correction would have needed to be an extremely dangerous, time consuming, and complicated procedure that was gonna cost me a mortgage payment...but this did not happen here. The total allowed me to treat myself without having that dreadful sick feeling in my stomach regarding how much I had to spend. We will certainly be coming back in the near future and requesting Miss Tia. :)

Tons of color options, all of their equipment was clean and sterilized. Those are things I look for in a nail salon. It was my boyfriends first pedicure, and they made him feel very comfortable with the process despite the fact that he was already feeling nervous/embarrassed about it. I arrived for the appointment only to be told that the girl that does lashes no longer works there. No one bothered to call me to tell me this. So it was a waste of my time to drive there and not get the service done. It's was too short notice for me to get an appointment elsewhere before the reunion. This is not the proper way to treat clients. I will not be going back after this experience.
