I booked online the same day and took a chance on this place. Keri did a great job and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Staff is very experienced and personable. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. I am pretty particular about my cuts, and Keri knew exactly the style I was looking for. Shop was also very nice and clean. Ownership cares about overall image and experience for customers. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted, roasted me with her northern wit that made me feel right at home, and sprayed enough product to give my hair more texture and lift than I thought possible -- even managing to starch my shirt in the process . I've been considering looking for another upscale barber in the area for a little while now for several reasons. Recently my current barber did not treat me consistent with the high cost and also learned that the Parlor Room charges same but provides a shampoo and conditioning of your hair so I definitely checked it out. I went in nervous and anxious but he gave me good vibes and reassurance that this is the haircut I wanted! Everyone in the barber was nice and friendly!
