It's always fully stocked and spotless whenever I pop in. It really has a cozy, inviting vibe to it. The bottom level even has a cafe with tables and chairs which was nice to see folks sitting catching up with a friend, and others had their laptop open while sipping a coffee solo. We love to see it.

From the minute I called him, when I was so recently bereaved, he was as helpful and caring as family. He guessed our request was for sitting shiva and offered chairs and table and tablecloth, and by the very next morning he had set up a 20x20 tent in my father's backyard, and even returned with a gift for him. I'll always be grateful to Jim for helping us out to sit shiva for my mother during these trying days of COVID-19, it has been an absolute blessing for our family, and I'm so glad we found his business and called him to rent that tent.

Not to mention that we only added the heater on merely a week before the wedding day, and everything still went off without a glitch. The setup was completed well in advance of the event. Fourth great point - They readily agreed to let us have the lift for another day for 1/2 price due to the few hours we lost due to malfunction. That allowed us to finish all we needed to do. We heartily recommend this rental company!!
