This is a discount / liquidation type store, so you know going in it is going to be hit or miss…read moredepending on what buys they have made recently. I liked the liquidation items best, and got some affordable name brand bath and body items at a great price. Specifically, I was happy to find Mrs. Meyers hand soap (seasonal scents, but fine with me) and Method body wash. There were also several bins of Claire's items, which are perfect for my niece. They do have a bunch of cheap items that feel poorly made, but if you know your brands and prices there are deals to be found. Also, they have a restroom that could have been cleaner but wasn't awful, though there are no paper towels.

This was my very first time visiting an Ollie's, and the new Nashua location is large . I walked in…read morewith high expectations, and frankly, they weren't entirely met. This store has a ton of merchandise, but the main takeaway is this: You must hunt for the deal. For a designer shopper like me, about 90% of the items were a 'no go' in terms of quality or discount. You'll find a lot of items priced identically to what you'd see on Amazon or at standard discount stores, ie electric blankets ... unfortunately I couldn't go through the whole entire store because my husband was hungry and is not really a shopper so he was getting quite aggravated , However, the store does deliver on its promise if you dedicate the time. My big win was a Henkel knife worth approximately $27 that I snagged for just $6.99. That is the kind of deal I expected. Don't Bother: Skip the food , candy , etc.. aisle. If you love nice things and enjoy a challenging hunt for a deep discount, this is your spot, but leave the hungry husband at home!"

Tonight Lucas H was so patient with my 5 year old spending his first ever money from the tooth fairy. This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything be it a store, restaurant or something…read moreelse but I had one of the most unpleasant experience at this Michaels location. After attempting to place an online order through the website but having it come up with errors or not go through multiple times, I thought I'd go in-person and ask about possibly placing the order through the store to pick-up the items another day. The cashier was extremely polite and was happy to help, she wasn't sure of how to fill out some information for the ordering process so she asked for the store manager to come over. After 15 minutes of waiting, the manager strolls over without a greeting and immediately starts by curtly asking if I've tried to order through the website in an irritated manner. I inform her of the issue I was experiencing and offer the item numbers and other information and ask if there are any alternative methods to place the order. Rudely she remarks "No I don't do that, I can't help you press buttons any better." and disregards the rest of my explanation. After seeing this exchange will not be of any use, I thank the manager and cashier for their help and wish them a good night. Before I can finish my sentence, the manager turns and walks away without a word. The cashier and a few other employees walking around the store were all very friendly and I am very appreciative of their help. But that was by far one of the worst customer service experiences with a store manager I've ever had.

No service at the Registry and Pickup line, until all of the Returns line is serviced - another 10 minutes. Then they say, "There's only one line." Apparently no one's bothered to fix the signs over the two counters. This was my second time attempting to pick up the same order. I cannot for the life of me get a successful pickup order from Target. Is it a defective online account? Is it this store? Not sure. Multiple emails saying my purchase is ready for pickup, and the store can't locate it. I gave them my drivers license, to ensure they spelled my name right, still nothing. And, for some reason, they think I'm going to come back a third time and bring in my laptop for them to scan a barcode for the order. They've some underlying long unresolved bad assumption or glitch in their ordering system.
