After attempting to place an online order through the website but having it come up with errors or not go through multiple times, I thought I'd go in-person and ask about possibly placing the order through the store to pick-up the items another day. The cashier was extremely polite and was happy to help, she wasn't sure of how to fill out some information for the ordering process so she asked for the store manager to come over. After 15 minutes of waiting, the manager strolls over without a greeting and immediately starts by curtly asking if I've tried to order through the website in an irritated manner. I inform her of the issue I was experiencing and offer the item numbers and other information and ask if there are any alternative methods to place the order. Rudely she remarks "No I don't do that, I can't help you press buttons any better." and disregards the rest of my explanation. After seeing this exchange will not be of any use, I thank the manager and cashier for their help and wish them a good night. Before I can finish my sentence, the manager turns and walks away without a word. The cashier and a few other employees walking around the store were all very friendly and I am very appreciative of their help. But that was by far one of the worst customer service experiences with a store manager I've ever had.

Their selection is hanging in there and decently impressive post-covid, and all the titles Ive looked for Ive found easily. Also, I love their game/puzzle section since the variety and selection is vast. The only negative thing I can say is there are hardly any outlets in the entire cafe and store. Theres two and you have to do some hunting to find them- and theyre not even near the cafe. The people who work here are continuously helpful, welcoming, and kind. Apparently no one's bothered to fix the signs over the two counters. This was my second time attempting to pick up the same order. I cannot for the life of me get a successful pickup order from Target. Is it a defective online account? Is it this store? Not sure. Multiple emails saying my purchase is ready for pickup, and the store can't locate it. I gave them my drivers license, to ensure they spelled my name right, still nothing. And, for some reason, they think I'm going to come back a third time and bring in my laptop for them to scan a barcode for the order. They've some underlying long unresolved bad assumption or glitch in their ordering system.

I did not have a receipt but the product had a label that was from Ocean State Job Lots. She looked up my name from my rewards card and refunded my money. I found a different mop during this visit and that money she refunded, helped me pay for another style mop. I shop here often and the prices and sales are so great. I always receive excellent customer service and having the rewards card is great. I also like that they help and give back to people. Last year I bought a winter coat for a Veteran and they give you a gift card that reimburses you for your purchase of the coat. So you are helping someone and Ocean State Job Lots is paying you back so you spend nothing really. This is my go to store for so many items and it's just a fun place to shop because of the huge variety of everything! Keep it up and thank you for caring about people.
