July birthdays can be tough with the extreme heat, and in the past my guests would complain about other venues being too hot. Not this time! Everyone was so comfortable and happy, and I kept getting compliments on how perfect the hall was. From the very beginning, Cynthia was incredibly kind and attentive during our walk-through. She made sure everything was exactly what I needed. The hall itself is spacious enough that we were able to have: 2 jumpers and outdoor seating Taco catering and even our horse trailer bar outside Face painters and activity tables inside 6 snack carts, a balloon setup, and a photo booth--all with plenty of room to spare! My family and friends were blown away by how much we could fit without feeling crowded. The space truly made the party smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I cannot rave enough about this place--it's seriously a MUST if you're hosting an event. I will definitely be booking here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect venue!

Not only was the celebration terrible, the hall is soo dirty, ugly, ghetto, old and run down. The stage was crappy, the bathroom was stinky and everything was broken. I was totally embarrassed bringing my bf to celebrate Cambodian New Year for the first time with me! I felt out of place but I just tried to keep it together to keep my mum happy. The range basically helps golfers learn how far they can hit the ball with each specific club, from wedges to drivers. Good thing my brother and sisters brought the clubs which i was able to practice with. Im not sure of the pierce for the balls but it was self serve and from what my sister told me, it was cheap for 2 buckets of 100 balls. It was pretty fun but a very hot day!

The tees, fairways, greens and traps were all beautifully manicured. The range and practice green were great, and they have a nice chipping area to work too. Had a sandwich at the turn that was delicious. Only thing with that was we called it in from the 8th tee, like we should have, and it wasn't made until I asked to pick it up. No biggie, but when play is full, this could be an issue. Had a few after in the bar, and Nina was great. She was attentive, conversive, and kept our experience fun. No need to drive around or worry about parking after watching grown men dramatically suplex each other for our entertainment. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 4/5 for the price. The location was great, the hotel had a nice waterfront setting, and for what we paid, I felt like we got a pretty good deal. However, I have one major complaint: THE ROOM WAS HOTTER THAN HELL'S SUMMER VACATION. The AC was set to 65°F, which I assumed meant the room would eventually become a refreshing little refrigerator. Instead, the room apparently decided it was training for the WWE main event. At one point in the afternoon, the temperature climbed all the way up to 80°F. Eighty. Degrees. Meanwhile, the thermostat was sitting there proudly displaying 65°F like it had personally accomplished something. I began to suspect the air conditioner was less of an appliance and more of a decorative wall ornament. At that point, I was sweating harder than the wrestlers across the street. Aside from the room temperature saga, we had a good stay and enjoyed the convenience of being directly across from the Arena. For the price, I'd stay here again, but next time I'm bringing a thermometer, a portable fan, and possibly a small team of HVAC technicians.

I also like how there's a kitchen and a whole other room. On the outside this place look abandoned but it's pretty clean on the inside. Sometimes this place get so packed because of the events, there are not enough parking.

A customer of mine threw a big Christmas party here at the Stockton Ballroom. I sponsored part of…read morethe event and was able to mix and mingle with everyone. I didn't see anyone dressed like it was a gala event. By the name ballroom it conjures up images of gowns and tux's for me. This area is not the gala event type neighborhood. The entrance works really well for putting up check in tables on each side where everyone has room to get their name badges and then proceed in to the ballroom. Its really big in there. There was a ton of tables set up for everyone to eat or sit and talk amongst themselves. Around the room were the tables for sponsors to set up there goods and presentation materials. Also the give aways. This crowd loves a free little nick knack. A large stage is at the very end of the hall where the raffle items were set up and the company putting on the show was able to address the crowd. The food was shockingly good! Probably the main reason for my 4 stars. They cooked everything in house. I'm not sure if a restaurant came in and used the kitchen facility or if the Ballroom itself has a staff of chefs. Everything was served buffet style. I went with the Chicken that was in a light white sauce. I'm not sure what other meats were served. The veggies were perfect. Even my partner leaned over and said how much he loved the green beans. The night was very nice and they really knew how to throw a party. We had a great time and I believe everyone else did too.
