I was on first floor and you can hear the people walking around upstairs, they supply the room with air plugs. I heard them through my stay of 4 days, but overall it wasn't enough that I wouldn't come back. Great location, clean, comfortable room, and great host. I couldn't get my phone to do the virtual key, so Check-in took a little longer, but host helped me with 20 minutes and I was in. Parking right in front is limited, but was able to find one across the street when it was full. There is also access at the coffee shop, but I never had to use it. Overall if you want a walkable part of town to restaurants, shops, ice cream and more this is a great location.

We were there for MD Anderson Cancer treatment and my plans seemed to change from week to week. She was SOOOO easy to deal with and reserved us the apartment, but didn't charge us until we knew for sure we were staying. I ended up being there for 8 weeks after originally thinking it would be only 5. Now, just to be honest, this is not the most updated property. Furnishings were good, but dated. However, the BEDS were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE. Both my sister and I said their mattresses were MORE comfortable than our home mattresses. SOOO COMFORTABLE!!!!!! Wifi was not perfect, but was good enough for me to do work and also stream Hulu. I just went to a Best Buy and for about $10 got a Roku stick to put in the TV and I got HULU no problem. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The Kitchen was clean and the Fridge was nice and BIG and CLEAN!
