Art In The hallway of 2302.

I want to first say this place was very nice and has all you need to have a wonderful time. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Pool hours were a little weird but that's ok because the beach is close by which is always better. I seen a lot of posts with complaints about ants but that's likely because those people live dirty usually. There were ants but they only showed up if you left food on the ground or counter tops. Eating outside with the view we had was a highlight. I would definitely come back and hope to stay in this unit again. Oh I almost forgot, they had beach chairs and boogie boards in the unit which was a positive addition to the fun we had at the beaches. Thank you unit 2302 for having us, we loved our stay!

Not thrilled with our stay. The unit was not cleaned, my 8 month old son found a peanut on the floor and the kitchen was covered with ants. We planned to stay 5 nights and left after one night.

We unit 801 Palms of Wailea for a family trip staying in units 801 a one bedroom and 705 a two bedroom next to each other for the holidays. The unit brought you right into the Hawaii vibe with its surf decor. It was clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessaries and there were beach chairs/ umbrellas. There was a large desk off the living room making it easy to stay up to date with answering email/work related items and the internet ran well. The pool and hot tub (a must in the evening) is located just a short walk away and is very low key. The units lanai was perfect and where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. It is a extra large Lanai with lounge chairs, sitting area and a large outdoor table with a grill. It is close to the beach but really not in walking distance, and it is a beautiful beach with its own parking lot. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and listen to Hawaiis natural beauty or going for a walk to the beach. Can't wait to visit Maui again and have another special trip!

Nice to look at, but too cold to enter:(

I put friends up here who were coming for a visit and although the interior of the units are spacious and unique, that's about the only real plus. It is far from the beach so you wouldn't walk there. You could, but wouldn't. Tiny ocean views, if any...even from the pool. The pool...FREEZING COLD. Not one time did we see anyone IN the pool. Very disappointing. You spend all that money to be on Maui, in Wailea, just to not be able to get in the pool. Everyone we spoke to was extremely disappointed in that. There are many other condo complexes, just as nice, for less money that heat their pool somewhat...to where you can at least use it. Won't be putting up friends here again.

A few years before we moved here, say 5 years now, we purchased a vacation from Costco.com Travel from Seattle to Maui for 18 days. We went with friends and shared a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo, washer/dryer, A/C, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished with everything, even all soaps including laundry soap! The price was just below 4 thousand for each couple. The 4 of us had a blast on the fully opened living area to a large double lanai hooked to the master bedroom that looked down on a grass lawn ravine out to the ocean where we could watch the whales. Kitchen opened up to the BBQ and lanai too.

Lovely pool overlooking a view to the beach

Despite the bad reviews, I want to give this condo location 5 stars. I booked my trip to Hawaii through Costco and their Costco traveler rating was 3.5 stars. When we arrived it was still too early for check in, so u asked the lady behind the desk to recommend a place for us to dine which she did, she also advised that if the room became avail earlier she would call me on my cell. My kids and I decided to drive to the restaurant which was about a mile away and upon seeing how costly the items were we decided to just drive around to look for lunch elsewhere. Not too long after that we were called to advise that our room was ready ready. I LOVED the room!! It was clean and spacious, a big living room, washer & dryer in the closet, a nice kitchen fully equipped with stove, microwave and everything we needed to fix meals. There was a huge patio area with a BBQ grill, in the closet we found beach chairs, and boogie boards, and other floaters to use in the pool. I enjoyed our stay there, we utilized the concierge to book an activity. I recommend anyone going to Maui, to stay here. I will definitely want to stay here again. There is a fee of $125 that we are charged upon check out, which is not bad at all.

I am genuinely grateful to each and every one of them for taking such good care of me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A very nice woman answered the phone, greeted me and then transferred me over to a leasing agent. After asking about their availability I was told that they do not discuss availability until after you submit an application and pay their $45 application fee. When I expressed that I was not interested in submitting an application until I knew about what available homes they had, I was then told in a very smug tone that they do not discuss their availability until after you are approved. As if it's some secret right of passage to know if they have an apartment available. Who is going to spend money before they even know if something is available or not and if it's something that works for them?! It was the most irritating three minute phone call so I just told her I was no longer interested and hung up.

Everything looked fine when I checked in, but after my first night I woke up with my entire back covered in painful, swollen bites. I had never experienced bed bugs before, so at first I didn't understand what was happening. The second night, I slept in the living room with different pillows, hoping it was just an allergy. Instead, I woke up in the middle of the night from intense burning and pain. The bites spread to my arms, legs, face, stomach, hands -- everywhere. The swelling and irritation were severe and extremely painful. I could not sleep at all. I messaged the owners immediately in the middle of the night telling them I couldn't stay there anymore. They only replied the next morning asking for "proof." I sent photos showing my skin covered in huge swollen red bites, but they answered very slowly and didn't offer any help. They told me they had no other unit to move me to and offered only a refund for the remaining days. Considering the state I was in, this was unacceptable. They didn't truly take me seriously until Pest Control arrived. When the Pest Control workers saw my skin, they were visibly shocked, and they confirmed bed bugs in the bed. Only after their confirmation did the owners agree to issue a full refund. Despite how severe my situation was, there was no apology, no sympathy, no support, not even a phone call. Instead, they told me that I had to leave immediately and that I would only receive the refund once I checked out. I explained that I needed time to wash my belongings so I wouldn't take their bed bugs with me. I had to throw away multiple personal items and urgently book another place to stay. The following days of my trip were ruined. I spent 5-6 days treating painful, swollen bites that made it almost impossible to sleep. What was supposed to be my long-awaited vacation turned into stress, pain, and unexpected expenses -- all because of an infestation that clearly didn't start overnight. The number of bites I received makes it obvious that this issue was ongoing for a long time and not properly addressed. Bed bugs do not appear in such quantities in just a day or two. This tells me the unit hadn't been properly cleaned or treated for months. If you don't want your vacation ruined, your body covered in painful bites, and your health and belongings put at risk, avoid this unit and be extremely careful with this property. The way the owners handled (or rather ignored) the situation was completely unacceptable.

These two were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcomed on the property. Michelle is so friendly and helpful, as well as happy to assist us with anything we needed. She is THE best Property Manager we've ever had the pleasure of having. She is a very valuable addition to this complex! About our Apartment: We loved our time here. We woke up every morning to the sound of birds chirping and a view of the sun rising over Haleakala every morning. There are beautiful palms and plants surrounding the property. They take great care of the entire complex. NO BUGS! (never had that in my life living on Maui), and they do a quarterly spray if you're okay with that in your unit. Also, the units are far back enough where you don't hear any road noise. It was so nice having that peace and quiet. Oh, and the access to 2 pools and 2 hottubs! AMAZING! They're SUCH a great addition to the property. Location is great too. Right in downtown South Kihei area and you can walk EVERYWHERE. I started every morning and/or evening with my walks on the beach. It's hard to beat the price/location/management of this property. I never felt more safe renting. THANK YOU Michelle and Paul. We loved our time here.

The black mold seeping into the walls, floors, and ceilings are so bad that tenants are getting sick including their pets. They won't take any responsibility for this and are screwing the current tenants out of money so they can rebuild this. the woman that works in the office started getting mouthy with me when I asked her about the fire. People lost their homes and they wouldn't do anything. they called Red Cross and Red Cross wouldn't do anything. Things like this are why the homelessness rate is so high here. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT EVERY RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE, EVIL, PEOPLE!!! I am warning you all now..just look somewhere else. It is not worth the hell they will make you crawl through.
