Not only was the pricing fair and respectful--I never once felt the cost was inflated--but the level of care and craftsmanship went far beyond expectations. Amador even showed up ahead of our scheduled appointment to personally obtain a piece of drywall I retained so he could perfectly match the paint. That kind of proactive attention to detail says everything about how he runs his business. The final result was flawless. Prior to painting, a sheetrock craftsman provided the referral for David Perez. In short, David and his crew were nothing short of, spectacular. They worked hard and consistently for 5 days in a row. Their preparation was meticulous. And the final product was perfection. Painting included 2 coats of paint for all ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim, all kitchen cabinets and the entire garage. They were attentive to details for any concerns I had. They were also a pleasure and fun to work with throughout the entire process. They turned a newly purchased home of which I had some buyers remorse into a home I now love thanks to the 3 of them. My hat is off to these 3 gentlemen. Sam Geraci, Sun City, AZ.

We engaged Euro Fine Finishes LLC (Sandor Alex Bako) to repair several tape joint cracks in our…read moregarage and one on our patio ceiling. Mr. Bako was supplied with photos and measurements of the areas that required repair. We were assured that they would match the existing skip trowel texture. Here are excerpts from the emails to and from Mr. Bako prior to the start of work. "Hi Alex, Tomorrow afternoon would be good. Just so I understand, the areas where old tape needs to be removed would be re-taped and you will match the skip trowel?" "Good afternoon Doug, yes we will re-tape the area with mesh tape. And match your existing texture." The work performed by one of the workers clearly indicated that he had no experience or ability in skip troweling or matching an existing finish. Additionally, he missed a few existing cracks that were to be repaired. Subsequent to the work Mr. Bako was contacted and after several days he came out to inspect the work for the first time since it was completed. Mr. Bako acknowledged that there were areas that did not match the finish but refused to even attempt to correct the problems. He denied that his worker had missed several areas and suggested that the cracks appeared subsequent to their work a few days earlier. His solution was: "you just need to sand the areas and repaint them and they will be fine." If you require any tape joint or dry wall repairs that have existing texture do not use this company or you will be left with substandard work that is a visually embarrassing mess. Mr. Bako does not stand behind his work and makes no attempt to rectify substandard work.

They were very professional and very reasonably priced and went above and beyond on the work. They added a huge niche in the shower, where one wasn't present, added more electrical outlets, installed a Jacuzzi tub, a new bluetooth speaker exhaust fan, new vanity and medicine cabinet, beautiful tile work in the shower and marble floor. The best part of all is they smoothed out the walls and did a metallic venetian plaster finish that is just gorgeous! It just tied everything together. Still today, every time I go in there I am at aw at how beautiful it all is. It might not be a big bathroom, but it is huge in quality and beauty. I will definitely be hiring them again to more work for me. Anyone that gives them less than a stellar review, doesn't know what they are talking about. Maybe they are the kind of people that no matter what one does, they can't please them and or they want Rolls Royce work but only want to pay Honda price, a miracle where a miracle can't happen. Mr. Bako is now working on a 3rd project for me, remodeling my kitchen and eventually I will have him paint the exterior of my house.

Do not recommend. The owner will "sell" free services for a positive review. He would not provide…read morereferences. He never gave us a corrected contract. All our interactions are documented. We hired him to paint a 3200 sq ft home, baseboards, ceilings doors and walls. Day 1 one person showed up to begin prep. He left after 2 hours saying he needed a helper to do the prep. Day 2 same guy returned alone and worked just over 4 hours on prep. Every day was like this. Short staffed and shorter hours. We were told 1 week to complete and we are starting on week 4. For the parts painted, most was done fairly well. We had overspray on several cabinets and personal property that the crew was supposed to cover well. Fire alarm equipment and curtain hangers also have overspray. Travertine floors were not well covered and have over spray. They say they clean up daily but the floors were never cleaned and the residue powder from spray g was tracked throughout the entire house. Plastic that was removed was on floors. Draperies were waded up. Owner is not timely in responses, often ignored requests and is very rude when he does. He accused us of being difficult when all we wanted was to know if anyone was showing up....one guy sick, another out of the country, then another sick. They've turned our house upside down for over 3 weeks! My whole house has been under plastic for 3 weeks at some point and we have been living in the bedroom and eating all meals out. No crew showed up today so the owner came and had an attitude about the imperfections that were noted. He accused us of wanting a discount which never happened. He was fired and took paint that we had paid for with our 50% payment for the job. He has a terrible reputation among experienced painters for overcharging on materials and not doing quality work. All the five star reviews are bribery.
