They seemed to be running around like they were understaffed, but I am not sure. Our class was scheduled to start at 7:30, but it didn't get started until right after 8pm. I'm all for giving people a few extra minutes to come in and get settled, but 30 plus minutes is a bit much for a scheduled class. We were rushed the entire time and had 30 minutes less to complete our paintings. Overall I enjoyed myself because I like painting, but I'm not sure I would go back if the experience would end up being similar. I sat next to a drunk couple and did not get to finish my painting fully. The drunk couple sucked, but I understand we can't control how others act when drinking, but we can definitely control when the class starts and being set up better.

You will find options to eat right before or after and also shop so it's a good plan to spend a few hours there. Neeha our instructor was great and we enjoyed trying our hand at making a bunch of flowers in a vase. They also have a small bar where you can get some drinks, soda and water. A birthday party was happening simultaneously in a room within which was pretty cool. I love places that offer something for everyone. Do check it out!

We…read morestarted 15 mins late and got done 15 mins before time so technically we booked a 2-5pm slot and were done in 2.5 hours. The instructor was good but fast so it was hard to follow every step since she would race through her instructions. This mainly could also be due to the nature of painting we selected since it had alot of measurements and customized colors. But still, someone from the crowd literally asked the instructor to slow down so we could all catch up. It is great for folks who sit up front and do not look at the tv monitor like the back seaters have to use. The color in the tv monitor is way off (beauty of colors and not a technical issue) which can result in a disastrous painting (like my dad's). All in all we had a good time making fun of each other, drinking some wine and trying to follow our instructor as much as we could to get our canvas painted. Satisfied with the experience but the instructors could use some feedback to help everyone paint frame worthy paintings

I'd run into an issue but I called the studio, and the woman who answered was super friendly. Karlee, the instructor, was very patient and welcoming. She gave all instructions clearly and made sure we all were caught up before moving on to the next, and still ended the class on time. Their drink menu is great and we all loved the mimosas. The studio is very beautiful with all past paintings on the wall. I was also impressed by the size of the studio. I was told that they need at least 3 people to sign up to run a class, so make sure you grab a few friends and go there!!

At some point I guess we ran short of time because the instructor sped up severely. None of the painters were anywhere near the stage that she was talking about. She kept saying don't worry I'll repeat it. Well the repeating was a quick listing of all the things we should be doing, with no chance of actually doing those... like reading a grocery list very quickly. And the urgency that we need to take a group picture now and we could finish our paintings after taking the picture. This gave us about 3 minutes as they were taking our paints and brushes... basically kicking us out the door... that really left a bad taste and ruined the whole night. I understand that the employees would like to go home, but can we maybe have a steady pace instead of waiting for the next step in the beginning and then sprint at the end.

There were tons of paint colors and supplies to choose from, and the staff was super encouraging and helpful if you needed ideas or guidance. We all really enjoyed the experience and were so pleased with the help and advice we received from their instructors. They have some examples to help give you ideas and believe them when they tell you that they can help you draw items onto your shoes for you to paint. It felt like they are dedicated to helping people carry out the vision they have for their project.
