I live closer to Preston's Western Wear but their prices are so high and the lack of customer service is what drove me away from them and brought me to Roy & Rogers'. I first found out about Roy & Rogers from my pastor. He told me that I should check them out. I went there and I thought I died and went to western heaven. They have everything from cowboy hats & boots to spurs and saddles. They even have awesome sales which most western stores do not do and have. I even love the fact that the employees are personal with you and likes to get to know. Every time I go there, they greet me with a huge smile and ask me how is everything going and if I need any help, just ask. They remember your name and treat you like family here p, everyone knows ya and I love it. It's 45 mins away from me but its worth the drive. (Small town USA and lovin' it) Awesome customer service, best deals ever, sales and I mean SALES, friendly environment and treats ya like family, a family owned company, what else can ya ask for? Belts made back in the Stone Age are not hanging on racks these days. We looked at every belt in the store. Just when I was about to give up, I saw a belt that was close. The belt had a big gaudy buckle. The large buckles cowboys wear I believe. Anybody that knows Dave knows his spurs don't jingle jangle and he doesn't ride merrily along! Of course the old buckle on the old belt didn't fit. I would be asking for too much to match up items made decades apart. One of the employees asked the manager about spare buckles in the back storage room. Apparently people come inside the store and steal belts. I was at a loss for words hearing that. The manager went to the back storage room and came back with 2 buckles. Both were similar to the old buckle. Dave picked a buckle and off to the register we went. Many thanks to the employee and manager for great customer service. Please stop by and check out their goods. 5/5

I have to say, I didn't expect such amazing and over the top customer service here. I mean, when…read morethey went out of their way to help me out, you can't help but think that. I did my research on what was nearby in terms of clothing and found this place. I noticed the times of when it was open and ran to a few other places before coming back here. When we came back here parked on the street. Made our way to the door and tried to open it to only find that it was locked. I guess the hours I saw online weren't actually correct. Whatever, I'll just mill about on the street and see what else I can find. But before we could turn around the door for the store came open. The lady let us in even though we said we would come back during business hours. She insisted and brought us in, even before having the lights on in the store. As soon as we entered she asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her that I was looking for a shirt to wear to a family function and not be of the color blue. She guided me around the store, pointing out shirts of all kinds. All the while she was asking what I was going to be pairing it with, what color of pants, and if I wanted long or short sleeved. She was masterful, prodding and getting the answers she needed to guide me to the right shirt. And that she did, she brought me to the perfect shirt, short-sleeved, breezy, very comfortable. I have worn it a few times now and have received quite the number of compliments. Now, the price, can be a bit steep, depending on the brand, style, and how new it is. However, I did get a pretty decent discount on the shirt and had some stellar customer service. She also had some pretty great suggestions on places to grab a bite to eat in town and things to see. This is why I do my research for local places, you get a great experience.

Well, my daughter did. And so do a lot of other people. You better be glad that someone did because you just made money off the rental of about eleven tuxes. Our experience up until this point was fine, but this encounter left a bad taste in my mouth. Will never darken the door of this establishment again and will not recommend to anyone that asks.
