We purchased a Bradford White Hot Water heater and was charged $2300 on May 1 2024, then in March…read moreof this year we had to have an element replaced because we had no hot water, they charged us $350, saying it was not under warranty. Then this weekend, it stopped working again and they want to charge us again to come out. Clearly there is an issue with the hot water heater. This was supposed to be a high end water heater, but clearly it is not . The company only gives a 1 year warranty but according to the model number it has a 6 year warranty. We ended up going and buying a new hot water heater and installing ourselves. This was a terrible experience.
