He knows the area well, is knowledgeable and honest about homes that he saw issues with. His team showed our home 7 weekends in a row which led to it selling. He provided us with a free staging consultation for selling our home and lots of referrals to local tradesmen. He's responsive at all hours! We were anxious and he has a way of listening and responding that is really calming. Part of the process of finding a new place was to look at a lot of homes on our own or with another agent when Sean's schedule didn't allow. Once we sold our home though, Sean helped us close a very tough escrow. The sellers of our new home were extremely difficult and the home is older. We trusted Sean because he earned our trust. He did a great job organizing all the inspections we asked for and he reassured us by giving us options and made us feel empowered. We recommend him highly!
