Highly Recommended!!!…read more Shout out to Sandro and Hudson... for the VIP treatment. As compared to other steak houses like this, first class service. Even on a busy Saturday dinner, the rounding of meats was continuous! Lots of selections too. Quality meats!!! Worth coming here!! Save the best for our last dinner for our short business-pleasure trip. Ambiance is so classy! Parking is easy... Valet parking only.

Most men tend to dress better than Florida shorts and t-shirts. I came with a party of 40 that filled a gorgeous private dining room. Fun times and excellent service! First course means you walk to an all-you-can-stuff enormous buffet salad bar. So many choices! Don't go crazy with salads because the omnipresent servers will constantly come by your table with hoards of grilled meat and poultry varieties on skewers. Different steak cuts were delicious and they will slice you medium rare, well done, whatever your heart desires. The lamb chops were good and the filet mignon worth the wait (it seemed to come out last maybe for a good reason). Chicken tasted overdone, but who chooses that at a gluttonous all-you-can-eat steakhouse? Vegetarians will be limited to salads and maybe a few grilled veggies and potatoes. They probably won't get their monies worth. Mandatory, expensive valet parking is about the only thing that felt off. With no other real option, why not complimentary or at least a reasonable price? Chima Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale is by far one of the best Brazilian Steakhouse we went to…read more Their quality from inside/outside decor to customer service to flavors of food is unmatched. They offer various cuts of meat cooked to your desired temperature, salad bar had all the right sides you can enjoy with your meats, and the customer service was professional and efficient. Our server Enrique was friendly, professional, and courteous. He is one of the huge factors that made the dining experience memorable. He recommended all the best drinks and desserts, throughout our dining experience he made sure we had everything we needed, and frequently waited on us to make sure we were accommodated by everyone who worked there. Overall, I liked the experience and will be back again in the future. I recommend this place to anyone who is craving Brazilian style steakhouse. There's no need to have a second option open. We made reservation online and the hostesses were friendly and welcoming. They also accommodated us when we asked for a bigger table for 2. Thank you Chima Steakhouse for great dining experience.

I'm really disappointed. I brought my husband for brunch (weekend lunch? I'm not sure what they…read morecall it) and it started out really well! Our server, Maria, was very sweet and the service in general saved them a star. (I really wish we could do half stars, I'd call it 2.5) Our first bites of everything were really good! Then the remaining bites were extremely overcooked. When someone came by with something that was clearly/visibly overcooked to my taste, I'd turn it down and explain it was too done for me (they were in the well-done temperature, I prefer medium rare, but I'm okay with medium if that's the only option), and request my preferred temperature. The reviews I'd seen mentioned that they would actually ask for your preference in the beginning of the meal; no one did, but I assumed that was just because of opening shuffle and volunteered it. Still, aside from that first round, set after set of very-well-done food was brought by. My husband loves beef ribs (that was actually the deciding factor between Chima and another option we considered), but even that was underwhelming. In fact, it quickly became gross when my normally-classy-and-attractive mate became a magician by reaching into his mouth and pulling out a fat or sinew or something 6-8" long, all the way from his throat. (No, I do not in fact know how it made it that far- maybe I should talk to him about thoroughly chewing his food.) The cheese and honey, and the grilled pineapple, were both a nice end to an otherwise disappointing food experience. A manager came by three times to do a general table touch; the first was before any of the meat had come, the second was after the first round of food (which was the good round), and the last was at the very end. Maybe I should have said something to him then, at the end, but at that point I was sort of over it and I didn't want to seem like an annoying person that is after discounts or freebies. Fortunately, the bathroom does have very good floss picks. I went a few times after getting dry steak in my teeth. If you're curious about parking- valet sign said $12, but as we were there a few minutes before opening we didn't see the attendant and realized there was street parking right in front of us. (Took a while to set up the pay-by-phone account, but we put it for 2 hours and spent $6.) At least around noon on weekends, it seems street parking is abundant if that's what you prefer.

The service was very attentive and friendly. I personally prefer service that is warm but a little more professional rather than overly familiar, so some of the interactions felt a bit too casual for my taste, but the service itself was very good. The atmosphere inside wasn't really for me either. Between the red walls and fairly loud reggaeton, it felt a little more stimulating than relaxing. I probably would have enjoyed the outdoor seating more, but unfortunately it was raining that day. Overall, it was a good experience with good food, generous portions, and attentive service. It just wasn't quite my vibe or somewhere I personally feel the need to return to, but I can see it being a fun choice for a group.

But you can take your own bottles of wine or champagne while waiting, and believe me, once you taste the array of food that is provided, you'll ser that the wait was worth it. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time there, so we needed a few tips navigating the menu. We opted for the Bandeja especial which brings Lamb chops, chorizo, churrasco, chicken wrapped in bacon, picanha and Bbq ribs. Which is great because you get to eat a little of everything on the menu. They did run out of ribs, and doubled our chicken which was okay. The chicken is absolutely delicious! So moist and flavorful! The picahna and churrasco were just as good. And the chorizo,,, you can never go wrong there! It includes 3 different sauces to pair along with the meats which are just as delicious. For side we got the rice, beans, and yucca fries. Do yourself a favor and get the fries!!! They are amazing! Nice and thin and crispy. The perfect bite! We were a party of 5 and we still had leftover meat after we all ate. Great portion sizes for a great reasonable price!
