Everyone was friendly, including the owner, Jayson, who is very obviously a real fitness enthusiast. He constantly rotates in new/different equipment at his gym. He was very welcoming. As far as value, I came in on a guest pass, but for being a 24/7 gym, that's clean, never crowded, plays good music and has equipment you won't find anywhere else, what Jayson charges per month is an absolute value.
