I enjoyed watching my toddler grow in her social skills, independence, potty training, along with their educational curriculum.

Before enrolling, we had only ever used a single nanny, largely because we were anxious about leaving our son in the care of people we didn't know. From the very beginning, Children's Village consistently did all the right things to help us feel confident that our son would be in a safe, caring, and joyful environment. We arrived at the initial tour with a long list of questions and concerns. The team not only welcomed them--they exceeded our expectations. One of the directors spent over an hour with us, giving us her full, undivided attention. She walked us through their thoughtful policies, emergency plans, and the real-world actions behind them. As we met other staff members and teachers throughout the tour, it was clear they genuinely enjoy working together and truly care about the children. That first impression has held true every day since. Our son had a tough time adjusting at first; going from a nanny to a bustling daycare environment was a big change. But the staff showed remarkable compassion, patience, and communication throughout the transition. They kept us informed at every step and worked gently with him as he adapted. The transformation has been incredible--he went from crying for us throughout the day to now asking excitedly to go to "pre-school" most mornings. We cannot recommend Children's Village enough to parents who may be nervous about starting daycare. If you take the tour, we're confident you'll feel the same warmth and "good vibes" we did from day one. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for the children shine through in everything they do.

She truly enjoys going and has shown so much growth - especially in her independence, ability to listen and follow directions, and social development through group play. I also appreciate the diversity among both staff and students, which creates a warm and inclusive environment. Many of the staff are parents themselves and bring a wealth of long-term experience and care to their roles. Childcare is a challenging and demanding field, and we truly admire the dedication of the staff at Children's Village. It's clear that the staff genuinely understand and nurture the developmental needs of young children, and that's given us a deep sense of trust and great peace of mind.

At…read morefirst I chalked it up to him getting familiar with the new routine and a new school but he never adjusted. He also talked about how afraid he was of the teacher Mrs Janelle. And one time even the teacher admitted to us that she let our child struggle to take the cap off a marker for over an hour and not helping him or letting him do anything until he did it, but he never was able to. Now that we've been out and into another school for a long time we realize how miserable our child was at this school, since he loves his new school and actually looks forward to going every day. The teachers are far too strict and cold towards the children and it was not a good fit for us. A few odd things. It was against school rules to ever allow parents inside the classroom except once a month by appointment. And also at one point the school had their full day license suspended or taken away. So they could not watch kids for more than a couple hours. We never got an explanation why, and at this point we took our child out of the school. I think most parents did the same thing.

Ms. Janell is nice but firm with the kids. She won my son's respect together with love. Her transparent and prompt communication about whatever happened with the school also earned my trust. I would recommend the school to other parents. However, if you expect your kids get spoiled , being held all the time and getting whatever they want in any condition, then this is not the place for you!

Every Kindercare is a little different. This branch certainly has their ups and downs. Ms. Jenn…read moretries hard to manage this busy daycare. I'm sure they have a lot of behind the scene activities that is parents don't account for (personnel shortages/schedule changes, facility issues, parent and children concerns, etc) I think they are good people who generally care about our kids and their well being. I went through a life altering event in my life and they were supportive. Latest drop off is at 930am unless you let them know ahead of time. They stop serving breakfast at 830 as well. They are friendly and I enjoy their parent-kid interactions -pie day, graduation day, tea party. It is on the pricey side. For preschooler-age, it's over $1600/mo. Sometimes it can be short staffed and they'll let you know if you need to pick up your kid earlier. They have an app and you can see what they're doing. Sometimes I get photos in the app where my kid isn't in the picture. When they are busy, sometimes I don't get any pictures which is understandable. I want them to focus on what's really important. Also the app lets parents send email and communicate to the director and teachers. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a conference in the school year. They were so busy with the end of year party that I had to make sure that I had everything packed before leaving. I liked that the teachers use white boards/paper. Let's do one better and have the kids take turns going up and presenting. I think they already do that for days of the week, etc. Overall, decent place. Daycare isn't easy and they try hard to improve their image. I know they have had rough reviews but not sure how truthful they are. Ms. Cynthia is great! She's so sweet and friendly and patient when I'm late picking up my little one. Also, Ms. Maria too! She may not bubbly but she teaches stuff and now my kid knows Spanish because of her.

The teachers are like family -- Always there to give my boys hugs, words of encouragement, laughter, and guidance. They truly made such a huge impact on my boys' lives. The center does a great job of balancing learning/curriculum and fun. Plus, the teachers sent me videos and pictures of the boys all day, which made it so much easier to be away from them. I would absolutely recommend the center to anyone looking for a safe, warm, welcoming environment for their kids.
