Great service and incredibly friendly. I had visited another store in the Centre where I had purchased my glasses from as I needed an urgent repair. Not only was the woman incredibly rude but they also wanted to charge a ridiculous fee and said I was better off just purchasing a new pair. Incredibly frustrated I was about to head home when I thought I'd try the optical superstore. Not only was I greeted with a smile but was told they would do their utmost to fix my glasses before they closed (which was in 20min) The lovely technician ended up working an extra 15 min after close but also didn't charge!
