They are relatively cheap in terms of pricing and they are extremely helpful inside. Tell them the person, the age and the occasion and they will offer you a range of budgets using whatever flowers that they have in stock. They'll wrap them, stick a note on them, and then you're sorted. I love surprising friends with fresh flowers that don't look like thay have come from the local garage. Lula delivers and the prices are reasonable. It's just below street level but you can't miss the large pink sign. They don't have a website so I'll post some photos to show their creativity.
