The friendly bartender asked if we wanted to munch on some hand cut fries while we waited for our pizza. I am a sucker for HC fries so we obliged. A huge basket appeared quickly, and they were hot, delicious and spectacular.! Best I have ever had! Bar none. Then, the main attraction arrived! I have never seen more toppings, including larger hunks of seasoned sausage on a pizza in my life. Every stitch of the top was filled with fresh vegetables, meats & cheese, piled nearly 4 inches high! It was a spectacle! And it was delicious! Although we were assured by our bartender that the 20" pie would be plenty for two of us, we figured the fries would fill the gap. Bottom line..My wife was totally satisfied with 1 loaded slice, me with 2. Hooray....pizza for lunch tomorrow. (They do have pan style too..) I opened with be careful. You'll be hooked. We are. Our waitress was quick to come and take our drink orders followed by our dinner order. She also was right there for drink refills and to take away empties. We started with orders of the warm spinach and artichoke dip that came warm with corn chips. Also, jalapeno poppers that were fresh, not breaded and deep fried. The poppers were filled with cream cheese, topped with crumbled bacon and baked. Very good! With two in our group that need to avoid gluten, it was wonderful to see a gluten free pizza crust. Both gave the crust a thumbs up. The traditional pizzas were a great thin crust that came with nicely browned cheese layer on top. We tried the BBQ chicken with roasted red peppers.
