was way over charged and was Damian owner very poor communication with pricing and communication in…read moregeneral and very poor work to the point after $560 dollars to restore power to a fuel pump and have car back on the road very dodgy work as well ...no communication for the 7 day car was on site have to call every day had purchased a pump and fitted myself and told Damian this told be told on day 2 that I needed a new pump and this was this issue haha. ...explained again brand new pump was already installed ...next was told it was a fuel filter issue purchased and turned out it wasn't. Next the needed a mechanic to go to the centre and source the issue wasn't told of the outcome there ...next was told was a fuel regulator which that wanted me to purchase and was quoted $560 for restore power to pump line lmfao way over priced people ...seriously do not waste your money here ...regulator was dodged up told they resolved the issue and car was running perfect ...only to pick the car up missing seats from the back which we had to drive back pick up and it break down 1 hour later on a Friday at 530 with no-one on site as they had closed ...called on Monday to be to by reception that it was understandable that I was upset and wanted the car to be pick up by tow truck and fixed ..(And not having to pay another cent more) ...then to receive a call from (owner) Damian and his wife on a private number holidaying until Wednesday stating we must had done something to the car and they weren't going to fix the car and to take it elsewhere hung up on and wouldn't call back also telling his workers to not answer the phone and not to contact him. Very unprofessional Damian even your own workers couldn't believe this and stated it openly if I had a few things to state about the feedback for this company and the management it would be dishonest overpriced no communication very poor management know your trade customer service maybe get some training rip offs dodgy work own your mistakes also had tools and a test light that was purchased left in the car I even seen in the car when I went in about the pump and missing when picked up car missing piss poor work Hagans
