Another poor visit to Office Depot in Mishawaka. Wonder how much longer they can go on in business…read moretreating their paying customers this way. We are a tax exempt business, so it's easier if I have to visit the store on the fly to go in get the item number I need and place and pay for it online. Foregoing the tax exempt certificate and having to carrying the business credit card. After placing the order online and paying I took the item to the cashier stand where the cashier threw a temper tantrum the likes of a three year old. You would think I had caused them so much trouble. I'm like "really?" here is the item all you have to do is print out the pickup slip. She walked away still going on and another cashier came over and said ignore her, printed out the paper and off I went. Why do you put up with that. I literally saved an employee from goin and getting the item blah, blah, blah. If only there was an alternative in town. I guess that's how you get away with it.

Print department is amazing !!!…read more Disappointed in customer service within store. I wanted to purchase a specific printer. I asked for help and lady said kinda sharp if it's not out we do not have it. She commented that they are expecting a delivery the next day. I asked could they call if one is on the shipment and she said no. You just need to call the store. We do not call customers. It's not that they would not call it was the attitude. I walked out before I commented. I hope this is a one time occurrence.

This store has really got its act together! I honestly am able to come here and get five things…read moredone at once: UPS Shipping, custom printing, amazon returns, and just general office supply shopping. And I absolutely love the staff at this location who are always super helpful. The prices are reasonable if you have a staples account and collect rewards.

I don't know if the two people were having a bad morning or what but their customer service was…read moreterrible. Usually it's not that bad but because I was doing this for a family member, it felt like my lack of knowledge and/or ability to get information was a sin. I won't lie, the printed labels from home were blurry while still scannable. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have been great. At least it wouldn't feel like they hate life and everyone else.
