Since I last complained about the 3 benches that were literally falling apart, they have replaced 2 of them. The gates do not close correctly and the ground is so uneven and with exposed tree roots that I who am handicapped cannot walk in there. I was happy almost 3 years ago when I moved here. Then we had problems with an upstairs neighbor and nothing was done. Then we had a disagreement with someone else that lived in one other building about garbage in the dumpster who after guessing we were from Humboldt,no, then Milan, no I am from Chicago and stated all my family is still back there. They felt threatened by that fact and management had an off duty Jackson police officer named Tyler Cupples banging on our door around 8:30pm. Now there was another incident Saturday night around 7:30 banging on the door. Which is very startling! Found out it was some kids. I am in my 60's and disabled and my husband is also disabled with his heart at 10 percent. Why can't we live in peace? We are going to move at the end of our lease.

My mom is 83 years old and I take care of her. They told me my mom could live there but not me. Do you think in anyone right mind they going to let a 83 year old mom that I take care of live alone. They told me to fix my credit that no one will l touch me with that credit score. Little do they know I got approved at a nicer complex. Glad I didn't get approved because if she would of shown her true colors like she did today it would of Been ugly. They need to update the kitchen appliances and make bigger kitchens. Wouldn't recommend this place they way I got treated today with the rudeness.

When he turned in the key, the previous manager told him she would be mailing his deposit and assured him that it was clean. After 2 months of telling him he would get his deposit, the new manager now claims that his apartment was dirty and he would not receive his deposit. I personally cleaned it and can tell you it was not dirty. The appliances are old and outdated and can only get just so clean. Not like they are brand new. When speaking to the new manager on multiple occasions, they refuse to even return part of the deposit. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. New management is rude and clearly wants to take advantage of people.
