My wife often has me massage her upper back and shoulders to relieve the knots she gets from work, and while I knew I was doing a decent job, I wanted to do a great job. Jamie taught me how to massage the area properly, but also gave me techniques to avoid straining my thumbs (which always got sore before). I liked that she asked us what areas we were interested in working on, then built the class around our needs. We were comfortable in her house, though I believe she lists on her website that she'll come out to your house as well. Definitely money well spent (and I'd argue she could ask for more than she's charging), and I'd recommend her to friends and family looking to take a class.
