Today was the second time I brought my daughter to family field time and she had a blast! Lately she's been into anything with wheels so the mini cars were her favorite. She also liked the kiddie roller coaster and was able to figure out how to reset it and climb up to ride it herself!! Parking the first time was a bit confusing because Googlemaps takes you to the smaller lot which I believe is for the church but there is a bigger parking lot in the back of the building with the main entrance to the sports facilities. We're sad that the last Thursday family field time is coming up on the 22nd but we'll try to keep an eye on when they'll be happening again. Friendly staff and kid friendly facilities! read more

TLDR: Private court rental crashed by randoms management is hard to contact and does nothing. Don't rent here. Rented out a basketball court here for my birthday. Staff kicked members off the court when we arrived but we were immediately pressured to give up half of our rented court and were crashed by other members during our private court time. I had to tell people to leave the court on multapul occasions, this felt like crap. No sinage was placed to let people know that the court was rented but somehow I am to blame for not tattling on the players to the front desk. Contacting management is very hard and they would rather me not return, write and post this review then spare a few dollars to refund just a portion of my rental. What a shame. read more

I'm wondering why there are so many negative reviews about this gym. So far I like it. Membership is pretty cheap for the area. It's only $30 a month not including CrossFit or boot camp. If you are interested in any one of those two there's an additional fee. But I think for the money you have a lot of amenities including the fitness center, adult classes, daycare, soccer fields, basketball courts, children's fitness, and many more. There's even a cafe serving super nutritious food. You can also join adult dodgeball and soccer leagues. Great place! My kids attended their Little Star Play-school year round. Their staff helped potty train my oldest and got my youngest on a consistent napping schedule (their previous home-daycare really struggled with this). My kids also attended the summer camp this year. Their programs really helped in preparation for the regular school year. It was a very easy and smooth transition from summer camp to Kindergarten. I'm very disappointed in this place. I was inquiring about Summer camp. I went to the website, and it says they offer full day for an additional price, but do not list the price. So I emailed them (the info email). I waited several days, nothing. So I called and asked about registration. The guy that answered directed me to another email address. I emailed that one and a Paulina responded. It took 3 emails before she actually sent me the prices for the "additional fees." the first two emails had wrong links and I let her know that, but she wouldnt' admit it. She also sent me a link for registration which was only May and I asked her about July. She then sent me the correct link. While I was trying to scroll thru and find the prices anywhere on the site, I ran across another name. Audrey. So I reached out to her (this was on Thursday - 4 days ago). I told her the issues I was having and she offered to give me a call at my convenience. We set a time for 4pm on Friday (3 days ago). I gave her a good number. Never heard from her. Wonderful experience. My son wanted to do a soccer birthday. The reservation process was really easy. We had an extremely fun party. We had a an entire turf field reserved for our party, the concluded in a decorated party room. They had amazing hosts guiding the activities and food. Excellent experience! I arranged a 2-month rental field for our youth team's off-season training. We drove here from LC weekly. The facility is spacious, clean, and parking was a breeze. Staff is friendly, helpful, & professional. The transaction was seamless and everything went exactly as planned and promised. Night and day from our old facility- an experience which was the exact oposite of everything I've said here. I will never return there and will happily make the longer drive to the NZone. Been a customer since 2016/2017 always made bookings on field rentals. New management only cares about your money and not their loyal clients. In the past I had issues where we had to cancel an event (no refund was returned but credit was issued to save us a time for next usage in field) because they wanted to us to keep coming back. Last Friday on 11/19 we had an unfortunate event of 10 of us not showing so we couldn't continue with our event (field rental) and I tried explaining to management about it. I would be just happy with anything they could give me. I did end up paying 262 for an hour and half. Manager Jonathan, didn't really listen to my concerns and claimed new owners are "STRICTER" And said he was going to book me up for another Friday and transfer me to someone else to get the booking started (not professional) plus they're too pricey. ($170 an hour for small field) while Winchester sportplex and other places charges $110 an hour and bigger field and better quality. THIS NZONE IS GOING TO GO DOWN HILL WITH NEW OWNER SHIP. Not the same nzone. They care more about money than their people. Save your money and time read more

So I'm doing this review after about 2 years of going to Nzone. Basically the way I'd put it is I guess you get your money's worth. The weight room is average not even close to the level of a Gold's Gym or Lifetime but if you know what your doing, you can get a decent workout in. The thing that really made me mad and disappointed me in all my time going there is the fact that they always rented out the basketball court FOR SOMETHING. I'm guessing the place must not get a whole lot of money from memberships alone so they rent out the facility for different events or practices or on a couple of occasions, a band was in there practicing. Yes you read that right a band on a basketball court practicing. I generally got the picture....... if it was around 2 or 3 PM after area schools got out generally something was going on. Then you have night time stuff like Rec Leagues and Volleyball or True AP. That's when I decided to go in the morning around 10 am- 12 pm range. But guess what they'd rent out the gym on random days around that time for random stuff. The Locker room is awful compared to any other gym that know's what they are doing. Just a few showers and a couple of lockers and barely any room to change. Like I said for 30 dollars a month you shouldn't expect a lot and there's always a catch but I'd rather pay extra money for better equipment and the court being open at least half the day. So in conclusion, if you're looking for a Gym for cheap to workout at then go for it, but I'd recommend another facility if you're looking for a bit more. read more

We went to one of the preschool play events. Their site said "Moms & Dads of preschoolers - bring your kids and bring your friends to Preschool Playtime at the nZone every Tuesday & Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon. We'll have a moonbounce, ride-on toys, tunnels, hoops, balls, the parachute, games and more. We'll play with your children while you and your friends catch up, you grab a minute to respond to emails, or maybe just relax with some coffee and a good book. Or, try out our Mom and Tot exercise class right on the same field. You can work out while you're kids play!" The set up was the large field had balls, some riding toys, and some other baby toys and a bounce house. Besides the parents the only staff that was "playing" with the kids that I saw was policing the bounce house where they would let kids jump for a minute and then switch out. One staffer seemed to get really irritated when a little 2-3 year old "cut the line" and snippily said to her "you know you can't just cut in line". She was little, I doubt the kid was even fully out of diapers, c'mon really? I saw a couple middle school to maybe high school kids here and there helping (one was checking the numbers of the wristbands when we left to make sure they matched) but that was it for staff on the field. I also didn't see a workout class on the field, nor did anyone make a mention of one. Kids were grabbing toys from other kids and fighting over the ride ons. My one year old was constantly having toys yanked from her and after some tears, we would find another item, but it happened quite a bit and only occasionally did the other parent seem to see what was going on. I don't blame the other parents, the activity is listed as though there would be more hands on involvement from staff. Considering we paid 10 bucks for my daughters to run around and kick balls and jump for 60 seconds on the bounce house, I think we'd prefer going to PB & Jack on bad weather days where the staff really does work hard to engage the kids and they get to play on what they want. read more

I've been a member for about one year now, and I only use the gym. At first, I thought it was awesome: so many power racks and dumbbells -- this is a strength trainer's heaven! Yes, they have some dumbbells, treadmills, and ellipticals, but who needs those? It usually gets crowded around 4 PM due to high school kids getting out of school. It's why I started going at either 8 AM or 10 PM. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back: I usually show up around 9:30 PM, and there's always 1-2 power racks available, but this time, they were all taken! It was crowded and even the deadlift area was fully occupied as well! I waited 10-15 minutes to see if it would clear out, but the racks were still occupied. NO ONE was using the strength machines, and I suppose that's a good thing, unless you're a bodybuilder who has exhausted the benefits of barbells and needs to do some isolation work. However, I never see any pro bodybuilders show up, so really, why can't there be more power racks? Frustrated, I left cursing under my breath... I'm gonna finally buy a squat rack for my home gym. read more

For $5, you can let your little one run around with other children for a full two hours. Lots of space, padded astroturf surface, some toys, hoops, and a moon bounce. Men's B-ball Adult league. They play running 20 minute half's with stop and go in the last 2 minutes of each half. Rules of play are on the release for free throws and no jumping out of bounds for time outs... The have two basketball courts and 3 indoor soccer fields, weights and aerobics room. Juice bar for smoothies, snacks and sandwiches, with small table area (about 6 high-top tables, with bar stools) and 2 TV's on sports..there are small seating areas for all of the sports played with sideline seating for basketball and one of the soccer fields... Most ironic is this a church on Sunday and they have often have outreach related events during the week in which sports or going on..The Church is called New Life Christian Church..... read more

I've been a member of nZone for a year and a half and I love it. I belong to both the gym and the Adrenaline bootcamp. The gym is typically not as busy as other gyms, but it's also doesn't have an extensive selection of workout equipment either. For me, it has what I need to accomplish my fitness goals. Adrenaline is a fantastic bootcamp and helps me push myself. It's about $50 a month which is a great value considering you can attend unlimited classes. Another thing I really like about nZone is it's owned and operated by a church. There's good people all around and I'm proud to be a member. read more

We signed up at the nZone for their gym area due to the low cost and lack of contract since we were staying in the area temporarily. The facilities are good if you have kids attending camps and the such, however, the gym itself is basic. It was no big deal at first because we were able to get a solid workout in with the equipment there, however, they would be closed with no notice. Maybe they would have a closing notice on their website, however, we didn't think that they'd be closed- like a normal gym. For example, they were closed on Friday, Saturday, and understandably on Easter Sunday. However, there was no signage posted leading up to this stating the facility would be closed. We also had another incident in which it snowed the day before, but they were closed the day after even though the streets were cleared. We were so frustrated, we decided to sign up at Gold's gym down the street and canceled here. Overall, it was an okay facility, but I wouldn't recommend them if you're primarily looking for a place to workout. read more

This review is for the nZone facility and Adrenaline Boot Camp with Colton. I was able to get my hands on a free week trial of classes thanks to my sister and her fiance who have been going for a while so I decided to give the 8 am Saturday class a try (currently going through a break up so yes, I did something I normally wouldn't do: wake up early on a Saturday and be a real person). The class itself was pretty challenging. I got a great workout and Colton pushed us hard without being a drill sergeant. It is circuit training style where you split up into groups and go from one station to the next working on different high-intensity workouts for 90 seconds. It reminded me of conditioning sessions back in my high school lacrosse and field hockey days. It is a little better than working out solo because you aren't suffering alone. Chantilly is pretty far out for me so I have not used any other classes in my free week trial but if it were closer I absolutely would. You can tell this is a small fitness crew but with time I can see it growing bigger. Keep it up, guys! read more

Pretty disorganized ... We were there for a karate tournament today... late getting started, thus many events were very behind. Sound system wasn't the best....making it very hard to hear the different events, and where kids were supposed to be and when.... And there were only only 2 tiny sets of bleachers...additional seating was definitely needed! Gave it 3 stars because kids had a great time and I guess that is what really matters. read more

Well, you get what you pay for I guess. My family and I have used the facility for several months. Convenient and not too busy. Usually enough equipment to work out. Sometimes dumbbells are mysteriously missing. In general, the equipment is kind of beat up. The dumbbells have loads of cracks and many covering mostly or completely off of them. No wonder, as many "guests" frequently are permitted to drop them. (I noticed a couple one morning working out monopolizing a large area, moving stationary bikes to suit their important needs(?) and dropping heavy weighted barbells like they owned them or they were in the Olympics. We've told the staff about them. Staff knew.) Anyways, mgt seems to just let the egos run wild. Overall the place is kind of beat up and dirty. I think if mgt went over the house rules with members that would help. read more

Slam City who operates with in The NZone is awful. They take your money then don't play your child. I understand your child needs to perform but we made the mistake of paying before the first real tournament, out child played less than 30 seconds. we tried to get out money back and wasn't able to. I would recommend going with another basketball company, Slam City is only interested in the money!!! Very dissatisfied. I would understand us not getting our money back if it were after 3-5 games but this was before the season technically started. I have told participants not to join, try another place. I took my 12 year old brother to a basketball camp here and he had a horrible Time. There are like 159 little kids in a tiny court how is it possible to connect with all of them. all they care about is money they don't really care for the students. They have young high school students coaching. My brother came home with red all over his shirt because a coach spat Gatorade all over him. The coaches curse at the students and tell them that they suck and what not. Over all a horrible experience. And overly expensive for no reason. My brother barely even played basketball at this camp he was forced to sit out for no reason one day he was there. The coach made him sit out for hours. So we pay for you to exclude and sit my brother out??? read more

I've been to this place twice. The first time I had an okay experience. The second time, which was in December 4th 2016, I had the worse experience I have ever had with any other facility. I came in around 1155am, there was an employee on the phone for over 8 minutes and I stood there waiting and waiting. After 12 minutes of waiting this "dude" came in and asked me what I needed. I then told him I wanted to pay to play on the soccer fields. He said soccer fields weren't open till 1pm and suggested I come back around 1pm. When I came back at exactly 1pm, same "dude" tells me that the fields are only opened for one hour because they have booked birthday parties. Then I turn around and tell him, it would've been nice if you mentioned that when I came at 1155. His response was just so unprofessional and so rude. He tells me "you only asked what time the fields open" most employees that I've come across other facilities will provide you with this type of information even when you don't ask, but that's because they are professionals and not jackasses, like this one "dude". I have no clue why he didn't provide us with that information, knowing they had birthday parties book days prior. I don't ever plan on going back to this place, nor will I bring my soccer team to practice there this wonder season. I will be going back to the facility in Manassas. I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE READING THIS GOES TO THIS PLACE!!! ITS TRASH!!! read more

I've been coming to this gym for 2 years now and finally writing my review. This is an indoor practice field facility (3 turf fields and basketball courts) as opposed to your typical gym. At first, I absolutely loved this place. It has a small weight training area that includes free weights, a handful of treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and some matts. This is why I signed up for this place and it was perfect for my needs. This place was not too crowded and for the price you pay, it's a steal at $30/month. It would get a little crowded in the evening 5-7pm, but what gym doesn't. However, this gym took a turn for the worse a few months ago. It has partnered with a performance training group that takes over the weight lifting area with groups of 8-12 people and they actually have put up signs with specific equipment reserved especially for them (during peak hours too - early am and early evening). So, needless to say it's a challenge trying to work out at this time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommended this place for your gym needs. If you want to shoot some hoops, play on the turf fields or grab a smoothie, this place is for you. I'm shopping for another gym. read more

It's a sports complex, yet it's also a church. The idea behind this is to reach those within the community and to be an outlet to them to plug into New Life Church, IF and WHEN they are ready. I think this is a great concept and even without the concept, our community has a safe place for kids and families to have fun and get fit! I've been a gym member of nZone since they opened several years ago. The gym area itself is small, but it has all the necessary equipment to get a good workout in. That is, if you are NOT there during peak hours and/or when there are group trainings in process. Recommend early morning, before 9am, mid-day before 4pm or late night, after 8pm. The reasonably priced membership gets you access to fitness classes, turf fields, basketball court, locker room/showers. At additional costs there is an onsite Café and childcare center, cross fit and bootcamp classes as well. read more

Wow, only 1 review? We come here for 2 different reasons so I'll review both. First, is the preschool play event. They just started having this a few weeks before Easter so they had some kinks to work out. The first couple of weeks were crowded and there was definitely not enough staff for all the children present. Now that the novelty has worn off there are a lot less kids (though still a decent amount) and there is a lot more staff interaction. I have a "slow to warm up" 3 year old and a 10 month old and both have fun here. Keep in mind it's huge open soccer field with ride on toys, tunnels, hoops, balls, etc., there are no permenant play structures. There is a staff member that mans the door and makes sure that no curious children attempt to escape, as well as another who mans the moonbounce. I never leave my kids alone though you can, I usually sit on the side and play with the baby (or read a book on my kindle if she's asleep) while the big kid runs crazy. If it was just my 3 year old I'd be ok leaving him and working out (there's a gym on site) but not so much the baby. The staff has done well to deal with my son's standoffish personality, and he now actively plays games with them and the other kids. His favorite thing once he got the nerve to try it is the moon bounce, which he probably stays in at least an hour each visit. Definitely a good place to try out for a younger kid on a rainy day. My 3 year old has also taken baseball/soccer lessons here as well for the past 6 months. The staff of the nzone was curteous and the facility is great. My son especially loved watching the big kids play a game on the field next to ours, it gave him something to look forward to in a few years. The bathrooms were very clean (they even have a separate family bathroom and were willing to let us use the kids bathroom in the childcare area). I'm a happy customer. I'm thinking about becoming a member and joining the gym as well. The price is nice and they offer some pick up basketball and leagues which my hubs is interested in. Will update if I do. read more

My husband got a Living Social deal for the SoldierFit program that is at this facility. He got a free day pass for me to check out the rest of the gym or try a class. So I decided to try the Zumba class when he we t to class tonight. There were lots of people, men and women, but it wasn't overcrowded. Brittani the instructor and her friend Ashley were so fun and upbeat. They made the class so much fun! It was definitely a tough workout but, hey, I used to dance that much at a club and payed a lot more for the cover charge! I had so much fun, I decided to buy a membership. Only $30 for a month to month membership! There are lots of classes to choose from, my membership will definitely be put to great use. And each family member you add on is less expensive. Signed my daughter up for Slam City All Girls Training and it was a waste of money. I normally do not give bad reviews but we've had such a bad experience. First, no communication at all with the main coach. He's never available/there to speak to because he's too busy with the boys and older kids. I've sent at least 4 emails and no response. Basically, if you're a girl and young you do not have the same treatment. Sometimes she was asked to play with the older boys and that's not what we signed up for, the main coach has a young girl teaching them which all they did was dribble, and the other time (before I finally stopped sending her) it was canceled. I am leaving this review to let other parents know to be very careful when you sign your child up ESPECIALLY if she is a girl and younger. read more
