The service here is great and really friendly. The guy who you normally see behind the counter clearly knows the domestic car market inside out and is happy to answer any questions you might have about how to fit or remove anything you might be buying from him. On the down side though the selection of parts can be a little limited. This is mainly, it seems, to do with the size of the place - without a large yard you can't have a large stock. I've been there twice looking for a new wiper motor for my car and had the same stock response both times, "I've not got one in at the minute but call again on Saturday and there should be one then" . To be fair though, if you need to replace a part and don't want to pay the dealers' extortionate prices then this is the place to come first.

However, my boyfriend managed to get a headlight changed for free as they couldn't find the pricing code. He has booked his car in for an MOT (against his girlfriend's advice!). Lets see if they make their money back on that "free" lightbulb!
