Perla was my esthetician, and she was absolutely incredible--knowledgeable, gentle, and so thorough in explaining every step of the process. The treatment itself was comfortable (with numbing of course) , and the results are definitely noticeable. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even, and it has that healthy glow I've been trying to achieve for a while. The epidermal leveling add-on made a huge difference in how well my skin absorbed products afterward. This service is truly worth it, especially in Perla's hands. You can tell she genuinely cares about results and your overall experience. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this to anyone looking to invest in their skin.

The experience is extremely unique and the service was 10/10. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. I loved the decor and the natural lighting throughout the space. I also really like its on the second floor it gives it a private entrance vibe. I like that it does not feel like a "shop" if that makes sense. I was immediately greeted upon getting upstairs and was able to get in a room and ready. The bed and covers are so comfortable, my esthetician was knowledgeable, gave me great at home tips, and provided an amazing experience. I will definitely be returning.

That's when she decided to ask me to sit down and start working on my brows while she continued to talk on the phone. The whole thing was bizarre. I've had horror stories with other estheticians who have cut my face during facials or have burned me during waxes, with no apology. Danita has NEVER and would never because she take the precautions to avoid injury to clients even when it means using more product. She truly cares about her craft and educated. Beyond that, she's so personable. I usually hate talking to people but she makes an effort to build a genuine rapport with her clients. I could go months without seeing her and she'd still remember things I told her about the last time I visited. She's really nice and laid back so I didn't feel awkward at all and I can be sometimes about things like this. Her set up was small but nice and clean. She was so patient but quick too. It was my first Brazilian and I was so nervous. I turned on a raunchy comedy and we laughed and talked while she sugared. She's a great distractor as much as someone can be when your having your pubes pulled out. I actually ended up getting so nervous I started shaking halfway through but she handled it great. She kept asking if I was okay and that made me feel safe. Seriously I'm so happy with my service! I was so nervous and it makes me so happy to know my first Brazilian didn't have to be a nightmare! Also Ndidi offers GENUINE SUGARING!! Not the misleading waxing with sugar paste. She sugars with a ball she mixes herself, and her technique is quick and effective:) Year Update: still going to ndidi religiously, always worth the money she's wonderful and I've never had a bad experience with her. Her new office is nice and in a good location. She still makes her sugar paste herself and as of late she's been heating it more so it's not so cool to the skin, which was a complaint she noticed from her customers and made an adjustment to. She offers little samples sometimes for your bikini line, and she always gets out my stubborn ingrowns. I'm grateful to have found her, she provides such a personal service and she's so professional about it.

The salon itself is also very conveniently located and very cute and clean.
