Sadly, I chose to ignore the negative comments and have ended up with the same experience. A chair…read morethat was supposed to take 4-8 weeks (written on work order) has still not been completed 8 mos later. I have called multiple times and told a week or two more. I finally said to forget it but they refuse to give the deposit back. Owner called me names and used swear words at me. The reality is they don't have my chair in store they have to go find it and I may never see my chair again. I am sure they built their reputation on doing quality work and do have a great fabric selection. But I think they are over their head now. Consider other alternatives. And don't bring anything there you cherish. You might never see it again.

Did it take a very long time? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely! I think they have a lot of work and they also helped out with a church that needed help. They called to let us know of the delay. They also called me because they had some nail heads that they thought would look nice. I went to see and I agreed. I appreciated that. Because of the length of time it took, I am giving it a good review; otherwise the work itself is Great!
