I was able to get in to see Dr Haggarty 2 days after I called to make an appointment. I was very ill and in bad shape, the day I walked into her office because I had started an IV protocol weeks before (at another clinic) and the treatment plan was far too aggressive. Despite my health dwindling rapidly, my other doctor was not able to help me or recommend treatments to ease my pain and misery and I was extremely distraught until I was able to see Dr. Haggarty. She did a VERY thorough intake with me and we have decided to do some tests so we know what we are dealing with (other naturo didn't even mention any detailed testing)... Dr Haggarty was able to squeeze me in to get an IV that very same day and based on my symptoms she knew my body badly needed help detoxing. Within hours I felt better and I continued to improve in the days following. I followed up with the same kind of IV the next week (as she instructed), and I've seen an even greater improvement in how I feel! I was even able to get out to the mountains one day, exercise and work! What a difference and a relief it is to find a good doctor who is knowledgeable, who LISTENS to her patients and who truly cares. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Haggarty and I have been treated well by the other staff at the clinic also. I am so glad I decided to switch over to the Nardella clinic. SO RUDE. If I could give a zero I would. I spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone to get an appointment and move on with treatment as I was diagnosed with MS and need to get care asap. The receptionist was so rude and talking over me telling me "ok, right, thank you" before I could ask a question to clarify what she was saying and meaning as her accent was obviously hindering our communication. I was trying SO hard to be calm and clear and kind as I hate getting annoyed and being rude. They wanted me to pay $250 a week in advance for my phone consultation/initial appointment with Haggerty and then I had to go hunt down my medical records for the good Dr or pay their office for all the tests they would request because "they are private". DEEP BREATH. Then the Receptionist phoned me back to cancel my appointment because she ran my cc that was supposed to be on file (I have a special one I use for just such occasions), she originally told me that my card would be charged immediately after my phone appointment with the Doctor which is normal but then called me back to cancel my appointment because the card did not go through and tell me I am out of luck. Thanks for NOTHING except for increasing my stress while I am sick and can't afford more stress. Also, taking money before providing your treatment is not normal practice and reeks of being a money grab. I guess I should be thankful this happened because by the sounds of other reviews and experiences, I dodged a bullet when vulnerable. You all should do the same and spare yourself s the abuse. read more

Awful.. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and could care less about doing their job.. My mistake was I attempted to reach out over the course of 3 months before getting a response, let alone an appointment. They are terribly unprofessional and it shocks me how these people are able to keep a job in this city as they provide truthfully the worst customer and patient care and service. I always want to give places the benefit of the doubt and never like to write negative comments on a business as i know there are many factors that come in to play with a persons experience.. I truthfully wanted to keep a positive view and experience but the type of people they have working at the administrative/management positions are unbelievably incompetent and are incredibly insensitive and careless with their work. ******* Although my profile says I am from san francisco, I can assure you, I have been a patient of this clinic and I reside in Calgary, AB******** read more

Dr. Nardella maybe cares about her patients but in my opinion she seems to cares more about money. She usually will not draw any conclusions for you until you've spent at least $1000. Her actual underlying motivation: $$$. Initial consultation is 250$ and includes nothing but her scrabled notes. All the service overpriced and the treatment rooms looks awful especially IV room.Looks like hospice. Just a cash grab! Never going back. Beware. read more

Terrible communication and excessive fees We were referred to the clinic for an allergy test. Pretty routine Nardella said - come in, draw blood, send for test, review results. A week to 10 days. $350 fees for consult and full panel blood work. Expensive. Palatable only because we are making a difficult decision about a family pet based on the results. Step one - draw blood. The clinician butchered the effort - not even completing the draw. They jabbed, poked and prodded my 10 year old to tears. Now the onus is on us - we had to take a test kit, drive to the children's hospital for the blood draw and get it back to them right away. Convenience factor less than zero. My daughter is so scared of needles after the clinic episode it took 4 nurses to get her to physically and emotionally calm down to allow them to draw blood. Thankfully the hospital nurses know how to do their job. Step two - wait for results. Clinic commitment 7-10 days. Actual processing time 23 days. We had to initiate all the follow up contact. Step three - get fleeced for another fee to review the results. Given how clear the blood work results were it took 2 minutes and cost over $100. We were stunned. Give how expensive the blood work kit we expected it to be included. Frankly a grade two student could have done it. Their service is expensive and slow, communication terrible and their consideration for our time non existent. read more

I have been going to the Nardella Clinic for numerous years and have utilized many of their services. As a Naturopath, Jennifer Nardella is very thorough and I respect any suggestions she has to improve my health. My husband and I both take the vitamins/supplements. Historically he did't take vitamins but now he swears by them. Megan, the Esthetician, is very knowledgable and has has helped my skin dramatically incorporating the best skin care regime for me. All the staff are friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend the clinic. read more

I started working with Dr. Haggarty at The Nardella Clinic in January 2021, I came very ill with digestive and other issues; It is still early on the treatment but I'm feeling the improvement in my digestive. I find Dr. Haggarty very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener, and answers all my questions; very clear in explaining the procedure and my treatment. I found The Nardella Clinic after a lot of research on my health problems as my health kept declining and I knew there had to be somewhere out there that could help me. I was booked in with Dr. Haggarty. After meeting with her the first time she knew what was wrong. She had me do blood work and got the answers I had been desperately searching for. I am regaining my health that I thought was gone forever. I believe she has saved my life. I just wish I had found this clinic ten years ago. I have a pleasure using The Nardella's Clinic services since 2011. I can honestly say it is the best naturopath clinic I have ever attended. I've always had fantastic treatment here. The staff here are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Nardella is the most caring and kind Doctor, who genuinely listens to you and your concerns; and never tries to push you into anything you are not comfortable with. Great people!Today I finish my fiftieth and final visit to the clinic for hyperbaric treatments. Over all this time I never once felt less that very well served. The receptionists are two young ladies. Each day I have been cheerfully greeted and helped by one or both of them. In the procedure room either Katina, a nurse, or Tanya, the supervisor, would look after me with care, patience and cheerfulness.I appreciate it very much and recommend them to anyone needing hyperbaric treatments. read more

I first started going to Dr. Nardella after a brush with cancer which resulted in surgery and a proposed chemotherapy program. After a lot of research, discussion and advice I decided to forego the chemotherapy. I felt I had a better shot building up my immune system as opposed to annihilating it. This approach certainly isn't for everyone but for me it has been successful and positive. I feel like Dr. Nardella's approach to building a strong immune system has worked for me. read more

Following a bad car accident in November 2015 and a concussion December 2016, I needed to find a clinic where I could be treated for various injuries. Everyone at this clinic is amazing! I have seen the Chiropractor, Nutritionist, Naturopathic Doctor, Massage Therapist, and had Hyperbaric Therapy. I was told about this place from a friend, and now I have been going here for just over a year for Dermasound and it's amazing! Not only do the treatments work, they are always on time, always friendly, and try to accommodate you as best they can with scheduling. Very clean and tidy. Free special different kinds of teas while you wait in the waiting area. Pleasure to visit here, seems less like a chore and more like a mini- spa. read more

Zoe is awesome, I'm always super happy when she is working. I've been coming to hyperbaric to deal with concussion headaches and this protocol has helped a bunch!
