My fingers were tender and my nails hadn't been properly cleaned from the product the last salon failed to remove. Crystal immediately put me at ease. She carefully cleaned up my nails before starting, explained everything clearly, and actually listened to what I wanted. She's so easy to talk to and has such a calm demeanor, which made the whole experience relaxing. She was extremely mindful of the small cuts on my fingers, worked gently so I never felt extra pain, and reassured me that my nails weren't dangerously damaged.
