I should mention that I deal with high-end furnishings and receivers across the US including in Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Maine, Chicago, Las Vegas and Charleston, SC - so I'm accustomed to working with receivers and am keenly aware of how they work and sadly, how often they're difficult to work with, get a hold of, follow through etc. If I could have a Ryan + his team from Conroy in every city and state, my job would be so much easier. They are THE BEST I have ever worked with, the most conscientious, the most communicative, the most efficient and the most trustworthy/reliable. I would trust these guys with anything. Ryan has - now a few times - even rearranged to accommodate my client's needs / schedule, which I would never expect because I know how busy they get - but which was so amazing, because it meant my client and his family/guests had furniture to sit on over vacation versus (sitting on the floor). Called twice day before to confirm time, no answer, left messages, no return call. Morning of scheduled unload didn't show up. Phone calls again unanswered and no return calls from messages left. Left me standing in my new driveway with no help to unload. Bad business, stole my deposit money and won't even return phone calls.
