Made several trips to the store and just got frustrated. Then I called We Mount TV's. Omg I'm so glad I did. All my questions were answered, plus I ended up returning everything to the store and bought directly from them. Everything was delivered and professionally installed. What a big relief that was. I even ended up saving money. Hands done this is the way to get the job done and done right. My wife came home and was really excited to see this was all done. Thanks so much. Now I plan to add a sound system and then have them hang a 2nd TV upstairs. Great people to work with. Now I just have to finish the floating wall unit...

In the very first message, I was told that they price match - but found out that's a lie. I provided custom plasma install with a lower quote from another company and custom plasma install's response was first "we can fix his work." And then when I said, I'm confused (because he didn't answer my question about price matching that) his response was "[competitor] is wrong on his pricing and must be desperate for work." A competitor quote was too low so they resorted to insulting the competitor. I do not want someone like that in my home.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, helped me choose the best camera locations, and completed the installation with excellent attention to detail. They also took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before they left. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, punctual, professional, and highly skilled security camera installation company, I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Absolutely top-notch service from beginning to end! I would definitely use them again. To add, I had a small hiccup with one of the cameras bugging and not showing up on my NVR. This of course wasn't their fault. Even though I provided the cameras and the wires, they still showed up after hours and helped me free of charge! Thank you David and Ramon! I wish you much success in your business and in the future I will call and recommend them when I need work done!
