That, she did--and then some! Known to his peers as "Mr. Studio City," Bryan's moniker isn't just a marketing gimmick--it's 100% truth. And Phoebe is well on her way to becoming "Miss Studio City" herself. We had spoken with other agents before meeting Bryan and Phoebe, and quite simply, no one held a candle to this team. Their knowledge of Studio City and the surrounding areas is unparalleled, their guidance thoughtful and invaluable, their real estate expertise second to none, and their negotiating skills superb. They are candid when candor is needed, generous with their advice, and never once made us feel pushed toward a decision. We trusted their judgment completely. Bryan and Phoebe were consistently responsive, proactive, organized and incredibly easy to work with. They made themselves available whenever we needed them, anticipated issues before they became problems, and always put our best interests first. They routinely did far more than we ever expected of our real estate agents. (We may or may not have spotted Bryan deploying his Dyson vacuum cleaner just as we were approaching the house to pick up our keys.) Their professionalism is matched only by their warmth, kindness and genuine care. Ultimately, and most importantly, the relationship we built with Bryan and Phoebe in the ONE MONTH it took us to go from our initial meeting to closing is something we now truly cherish. They also have a wicked sense of humor, which turns out to be a highly underrated asset when navigating the occasional sticking point in a real estate transaction. We laughed--a lot--and somehow managed to have an enormous amount of fun buying a house. Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and having the right people by your side makes all the difference. If you're looking for exceptional real estate professionals in Studio City and beyond, we couldn't recommend Bryan and Phoebe more highly. Our broker in New York promised us the best in LA. She delivered. Five stars isn't nearly enough.

I'm just gonna say it....Tom Hickey is one of the best real estate agents on the planet. Yeah, I…read moreknow that's an outrageous claim but he's that good. I've worked with a few and Tom is the most patient, friendly, selfless person I've ever worked with. Imagine a realtor from a small town/country who is friendly, attentive, and thorough. He has gone above and beyond to help me prepare for the sale of my home. Tom has an amazing work ethic and other wonderful qualities which make him an excellent realtor. I am a week from closing escrow on my home (in Mt Washington, LA) and just had to write a review about this amazing agent. He didn't ask me to review him and would never ask such a thing. Great experience deserves a genuine review. So here's the story: 3 years ago I purchased a home and the sellers agent was Tom Hickey. I had a great experience working with him on the other end. Fast forward to 2015, the market is high and I was looking to sell my home. I asked Tom to be my realtor given the fact that he had sold my property 3 other times in the past 10 years (wow, right?). From the get-go Tom has been on top of everything. He isn't pushy or intimidated by other agents. He gives it to you straight. He's been in his field for a very long time. He goes beyond his job duties. For example, he planted flowers in my yard and continues to water them with each of his visits. He brought over 9V batteries to replace all of my smoke/carbon alarms so they would pass inspection. He spends extra time explaining in layman's terms exactly what's going on during the whole process. I have never felt confused by his explanations. I've never felt as if he's blowing me off. He tells his clients everything every step of the way. He immediately answers my phone calls almost always and answers my questions with great detail. I have never felt as if he was annoyed or pressed on time when speaking with him about the house. He has been amazing. I 100% recommend him if you are selling your house in the LA area. He lives on the West-side and I live on the East-side. He is very flexible with location. I could keep going on but the review is getting long. Call him if you need a great agent. Just speaking with him on the phone will give you peace of mind of his expertise and genuineness.

We had no other friends who could, in good faith, recommend their former contractors, so we immediately knew he was something special. We were looking to add a new room to our house as an ADU above the garage. Many other companies we spoke to either quoted astronomically high or were simply unresponsive. Jonathan was immediately a very clear communicator, a straight shooter, and offered solutions that others did not propose to make all of our asks a reality. After the initial meeting, we threw in a curveball of wanting to replace all of the windows and doors on the main house as well. He was able to fold this into the plans and re-adjust the schedule and price accordingly. He is a diligent time manager and kept each part of the process moving, and even nudging us when the ball was in our court. Most importantly, he is extraordinarily responsive. Whatever question we had (and we had a lot of them), he would take the time to clearly explain the details of the situation. He and his team are professional and courteous (shout out to Carlos!) and, since we stayed in the house during the re-model, aimed to make the process as unobtrusive as possible. We even asked him a question two months after the job finished and he responded immediately and helped send a team to handle what we needed. Above and beyond. For all of these reasons and more, we highly recommend Jonathan and his team for all of your contracting needs!

Not only does Gigi have extensive experience, knowledge and connections as a Burbank native, she approaches real estate like an art, with integrity, honesty, and boundless energy. There's no one else like her. As a new mom with a toddler, Gigi carefully considered our situation and was very realistic with what would be best for our family and budget. Gigi treated us like family, not just by going above and beyond to close a rough deal as smoothly as possible (even while on vacation), but also managing the entire gorgeous remodel of our house, finishing in record time. The entire process from house hunting to move in took nearly a year, and Gigi never left our side and was a pleasure to work with for all of it.
