When Luis billed me for last cleaning, I told him it was not cleaned at all -- he insisted it was -- though I do not know how he can claim that when he wasn't even here. So either his people are lying to him or he's trying to scam me! I owed him money for a cleaning before the last one so I usually pay on line with my debit card. I paid for one cleaning but when I checked my account t it was put through twice! The lady at the bank told me that once you give someone your debit card number, they can run it through for whatever they wish. I had no idea! Lesson learned. Now I am disputing with bank and making a police report. P
