I took the frame to the Frame Shop, where I had never been before, and asked Sean, the owner, if he could fix it. He said he'd try, and spent at least a half hour working on it. I saw a few interesting things at the store, there's artisan soaps but they are scented with artificial fragrances not essential oils, you can tell by the smell, that was a turn off for me.
