This is generally what our typical Turkish weddings look like, btw. We ordered a mixed platter of dips and bread to start, followed by a giant mixed grill, falafel platter, and my favourite, Iskender Kebap. Oh my lord, everything was ridiculously good, and most definitely authentic. Firstly, the eggplant was char-grilled, not roasted in a 400 degree oven; you can always tell the difference. The meat tasted like it was flown in from the motherland, the Pide bread was hot and fluffy, and even the yogurt was homemade. A couple of glasses of Raki, some great company, and some very authentic food left us stuffed and happy. We would definitely come back here again, now if only it wasn't located in the middle of nowhere...
