Everyone was so helpful when my boy fell down the stairs. He is back to bouncing around being the happy boy he is. Thank you!!

Where do I even begin to explain to you all reading this that The Medspaw is literally heaven sent!!! My baby suffered from vaccine toxicity for 2 1/2 years. We tried western medicine (Cytopoint, Apoquel, Atarax, etc) with no help. We tried holistic therapy for a year with no help. Our baby was progressively getting worse. She reacted to every single protein, fruit, vegetable, fat, etc. She was scratching, biting and head shaking 24/7. Nothing was working and she was losing more and more weight. We feared of what was next- how do you let your baby suffer for so long - but we didn't want to give up. Thankfully our holistic vet (Dr Joyce Liy) who is also an earth angel, she recommended us to Dr Nancy Brandt at The Medspaw for ozone therapy. Together with Nurse Natasha we saw a difference with just ONE visit. UNREAL! Our baby suffered for 2 1/2 years and with ONE visit we saw a difference. Our baby received ozone therapy, red light therapy, medicated baths and new treatment of Zenrelia and oral vaccine homeopathic nosode. When I tell you they have literally changed our lives, I mean it. Our baby's fur has grown back, she gained two pounds in two months, she hardly ever scratches or bites herself. She had stopped playing due to her sickness and now we have our baby back. She plays all day long, the zoomies are back, OUR BABY IS BACK!!!!! Nurse Natasha is literally an angel. A real live angel. She truly cares about our fur babies as if they are her own. The admiration and respect I have for her and the practice is out of this world. I will shout it from the rooftops, this practice is heaven sent. Please do not even hesitate to make an appointment. You'll thank me later. They are truly hands down the BEST TEAM EVER!!!!!!!

My pup is two years old and she developed a huge growth on her ear. It was so gross and unnatural looking we started calling it "the alien". We brought her to our regular vet to have it removed. They said it would require our dog to be put under, part of her ear to be removed, and then go through a healing period with bandages & meds. The cost I was quoted was "starts at $3600"! Upon a recommendation from a good friend, I took my dog to The Med Spaw. They were amazing!!! This place makes other vet clinics look medieval. Not only is their facility brand new, super clean, and very well equipped but it's adjacent to an awesome boarding facility (with a pool) and the staff are super friendly & clearly knowledgeable! My brother back in CT is a vet & so I'm used to receiving a very high standard of vet care that honestly has been difficult to find here in Vegas. Nurse Natasha, one of the owners, was incredible and clearly loves dogs. My dog fell in love with her! The vet examined my dog and determined he could remove "the alien" that day with a CO2 laser and just local anesthesia! The doctor did a fantastic job! The wound was cauterized so that no bandages were required. In fact, you can barely tell there was a wound! (See the after photo) All in, including the local anesthesia, the laser procedure and the initial exam, the cost was only $300!!! I essentially got 10X better service for less than 1/10th the price! I cannot remember the last time I got such high quality service for a price at which I was so happy to pay. Exceptional Value! After reviewing my dog's medical records from other vets, the Med Spaw doc noticed that my dog was taking a very expensive ($800/month) medication for an unrelated autoimmune issue that was prescribed by a neurology specialist. He recommended I ask about a new medication that he uses with the same active ingredient but 60% less cost! I really appreciate that he was actively helping reduce my costs. This place has earned a loyal customer! I am going to bring my dog back for a skin treatment to deal with dry skin. And next time I need to travel, she'll be staying at their boarding kennel. I give this business my highest recommendation without reservation! It's very unlikely you can get better service anywhere.

I prefer a holistic approach to veterinary care and they supported me 100%. My regular vet had botched a skin tag removal on my dog's foot which resulted in an open wound. I chose to forgo antibiotics because I knew that Manuka Honey applied topically along with proper hygiene and bandage care would work effectively without disrupting my dogs gut microbiome. I chose to do follow-up care with Med Spaw because I wanted some wound debridement and infection assessment. They fit us in right away and did an amazing job! I selected plasma therapy for additional healing, and they were so gentle and patient that they even got down on the floor with us! I did six visits twice a week and the price was reasonable. It was worth the drive all the way across town. Kura's foot healed up fast and she was ready for walks in no time!! I highly recommend them if you need any wound care issues. I wish they did regular vet care too! Thank you for being there when we needed you!!

    After two skin treatments.

Incredible Experience! Finding The Medspaw has been life-changing for my dog in such a short time. Within the first 15 minutes, their team gathered more scientific data than any other vet I've visited and created a treatment plan based on real facts. The improvement was noticeable within the first week! Take a look at the before-and-after photos--just four weeks apart--and see the amazing results from just two skincare treatments. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Nurse Natasha, for their exceptional care and expertise!

She works at both the holistically-focused Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital and the conventionally-focused Geary Veterinary Hospital. Holistically she practices acupuncture and homeopathy on animals, plus she does house calls! Dr. Tillman has been my cat's vet for the last couple of years until he recently passed on 11/6/13. My cat was 19 years old when he passed and his health had been declining since September. She recommended an X-ray and ultra sound of his abdominal area and sure enough, there was a large mass. Unfortunately there wasn't anything she could do to save him but he lived a very good, long, healthy cat life up until recent months. I've never seen a more compassionate vet - she was already scheduled for a house call and she rushed over earlier when I told her that his condition was getting worse. I sadly had to make the decision to put him down that day but I would not have wanted any other vet under his care. She was so kind, she even wrote me a long, handwritten letter expressing her sympathy. She also brought back his carrier and his ashes from the pet cemetery for me which again was so very kind of her. I loved it that she does house calls, it was the reason I started having her treat my cat in the first place. There have been many times where I was unable to take the cat to the animal hospital and I was more than willing to have her make a house call. My cat was very cantankerous when it came to going to the vet, and it was a lot less stress on him (and the vet) to have a house call. She always brought her kit full of homeopathic remedies and I swear to this day by the treatments. A few years ago I had been taking my cat to a conventional vet to treat feline acne. Feline acne is painful as it causes these bleeding sores and this "coffee grounds" crust on the chin. My poor cat didn't even want to eat because of the sores. This had been going on for more than 2 months, I had to keep taking him in and that other vet would try to pop the acne sores on his chin. It just would not clear up with the topical medication and oral medication. Finally I got fed up with taking him in every week to torture the cat, so I called Dr. Tillman. She made that first house call visit and gave him a full examination, then gave him this liquid holistic remedy that she mixed in a brown dark jar with a little pill of holistic remedy and spring water. I gave him this remedy by mouth for three days and sure enough, the feline acne started to get better!!! Here I had been wasting two months at the other vet, when this treatment got rid of it in a matter of days. When I get my next kitty I am of course going to have Dr. Tillman as its vet. My cat was my 'baby' and he had the best veterinary care with Dr. Tillman. Please give her a try, you won't regret it.

I was advised she had a heart murmur and I should consider getting an echocardiogram to see what level the heart murmur is at. I was lead to believe they have a specialist come in to do this. ( note we had to drop our dog off and left her for 4 hrs). Over $600 later plus another $225 for X-rays I was told she also had some heart enlargement. The medication she would need to be on twice a day for the rest of her life was going to cost me $156 at the vet. This is for a 25 day supply. I found it at Costco for $117. We left for a week trip to Colorado. When we returned, I had called this office to ask to speak to the specialist who did her echocardiogram because we never got to see him. I was told he did not have a phone number to contact him, but they would give him my phone number and he would call me back. Of course he never did. That was a red flag, so I called the only cardiologist that I could find which is Dr. Forney. Their office told me they have no record of any echocardiogram. So I called Rhodes Ranch and asked about this and they said no it was not a specialist. It was Dr. Laughlin and I said you know I feel that you led me wrong on this. They led me to believe this was a specialist and I should've been offered the option of the cardiologist. I asked to get a refund. I will say Lyndsay who I spoke to was very understanding and agreed that I should've been given the option. She said she would speak to the doctor and call me back at the end of the day. She did call me back and they said they would refund me $200 and they agreed that they should offer the option of the cardiologist in the future. After all this, I felt uncomfortable about the whole situation so I ended up taking my dog to the actual cardiologist which cost me another $900 because they would not accept the echocardiogram from Rhodes Ranch. The cardiologist told me she only has a very slight murmur. She does not need to be on medication and to bring her back in a year. He also told me she does not have any heart enlargement. To say that I was extremely happy is an understatement however, I was also angry that I was given misinformation at Rhodes Ranch. If I'd never gone to the cardiologist, I could've been giving my dog a very expensive medication for the rest of her life unnecessarily. The moral of the story is if this happens to you just go ahead and go to the cardiologist or at least get a second opinion. I feel like I should've gotten more money back after the poor diagnosis, but was told that they advised the doctor of this.

She is not only a dog nutritional expert but this lady is a straight up wizard that uses her powers to not only help any dog who's owner that visits her shop but she always is giving back to the Las Vegas community by supporting several non profits and shelters. Which makes her a hero in my opinion. Anyone can open up a dog food place and try to make a profit... That is pretty easy to do. But this woman has vetted all the products in her shop carefully while learning everything about each product she is selling and how it can help the dogs live happier and healthier lives. Doesn't sell dog food that hurts dogs no rawhide. Her intentions are pure and her shop is exceptionally different in all the best ways. And then she starts these side projects helping different organizations that love animals as much as she does. Hosting dog cpr classes at her store... Helping other dog shops that are struggling so that dogs across town don't only have the outlet supply place as their only place to shop for their pets food(cause that place doesn't care if your dog is hurt by the big brands they carry and are constantly being recalled for hurting and killing dogs) She is really doing what she is passionate about and it shows in the work she does giving back to our community and the dogs that need help the most. My daughter is due on July 4th 2024 and her father owns a dog shop across town and the owner of house of paws helped his business in the most heart warming beautiful way possible. Even though she didn't have to and wouldn't get anything in return for the favor. That's the rarest and most beautiful kind of person in my opinion. And although it took him much longer to pay her back for the favor than they originally agreed upon she was very understanding and kind about the situation. Not that he deserved her kindness or patience. A million thanks to you Meg! This review is long overdue. No words can express the gratitude I have in my heart for who you are and how you have devoted your life to helping dogs and any human/organization that is on a similar mission. And my wish for you is no different than what I wish for everyone on this planet: I hope life treats you the way you treat animals.. I've never had to go to two appointments for any spay or neuter in the past so we thought it was odd but moved forward anyways because we liked this Office so much. Since she was already on her cycle, they said they couldn't do the procedure until after she was over it. But they said the pre-check appointment would be fine to conduct. After the pre-check appointment they scheduled the follow up appointment for the procedure. We arrived at the appointment and during intake they stated that there may be an additional charge if they find that she's internally swollen from her cycle. We asked if it would have been better to have come back when we knew for sure she would be ready. They stated yes it would have been better if we had come back the following week when we would know for sure. Are you serious right now? You guys are the ones who setup the follow up appointment! At this point we're now confident that they are either bait and switching or else price gouging. They had already started the intake before we comprehended the predicament they put us in. We ended up getting charged for that appointment (but not the additional precheck steps; whatever that's supposed to mean... again, never had so many appointments for a spay) and left saying we would contact them to schedule another appointment for the following week. I called the following day and then proceeded to call every two days. After the first week, we stopped leaving messages since it was clear no one was listening to them or following up with them. We then proceeded to call every day instead; different times of the day. Here we are, weeks later, no one has returned our phone calls, no one seems to answer the phone, and what's even worse is after those two appointments you would've thought that a "good vet" would have followed up! But nope, dead silence. If I wasn't disabled and hubs wasn't my full-time caretaker then he would've just gone there instead of calling. But leaving the house is extremely challenging for me and leaving me alone is dangerous. So every time we leave the house it's a precarious situation. So you can imagine our frustration with the lack of care that this vet seems to show. They seem to have very little respect for people's lives or time. But this negative review is not based solely on the lack of respect for our lives or time. After all, what's important is the care that our pets receive. As it stands, the multiple appointments for a spay procedure sounds more stressful than helpful to the pets. When it came to the follow up appointments for our other cat and our dog, there were serious discrepancies between the different vets in this office. During a particular follow up for our cat who had kidney stones, the vet went down a laundry list of concerns and we questioned why none of this was brought up just two weeks prior. She seemed to be taken back with our response; it was almost as if she was treating it as a new patient intake appointment. After a few minutes, it was obvious that she hadn't checked his prior records even though this was a "follow up appointment". She claimed it was some excuse about not seeing the correct test. So I'm sorry, you did in fact look at his prior records but acted as if this was a new appointment because you didn't find a specific test? Seriously, what kind of BS excuse is that? And my complaints are obviously nothing new. If you look at their reviews, the complaints are exactly as we state; lack of respect for their patients families and their time, and inconsistent care that could prove to be very dangerous, as is evidenced by their negative reviews. And with each of those negative reviews, they claim that they take the reports very seriously. Clearly that's just a line of BS since they seem to have not improved on those complaints. At this point, we had already decided to not bring our pets back in. We were going to complete our cat's spay procedure and then find another vet. But honestly, I'm not even confident we could move forward with the procedure given all of the scheduling issues... or would they try to charge us for all of that all over again? I've lost any confidence that this vet has any integrity.
