I call in am tell them they can key in while I am work and problem is fixed when I arrive home. The neighborhood is quiet and management does not put up with any noise or partying. The manager Anna is lovely and always helpful. I have never seen a bug in this place other than ants outside on patio which they spayed for same day. Not even many spiders. The hallway and air freshener is a bit of an issue... But it does NOT smell like urine.. It is a closed entrance hallway so now and then their are cooking smells. The common areas are cleaned thoroughly each week as I have seen them vacuum. I think 1 star review was an angry tenant. There are some issues due to age of building.. The rent is creeping up year to year but I have been a renter for 15 years and this is my favorite apartment.. Large for cost of rent and area is safe and like living in country with all the convenience of city. Would have given a 5 but would like to see some updates if rent is going to go up higher. Decks would look cooler painted for instance.

Our whole process of renting and moving in have been nothing but exceptional!! We rented sight unseen when we were in Florida and needed a place in Minnesota. The place is fantastic. I think this would be very useful if you are planning on moving in during the winter. From the service drive, you have easy access to the parking lot and the elevators which go to the apartments. The gym here is awesome. The treadmills sync to your apple watch so it can give you accurate workout results. They have enough cable machines to keep anyone happy. Downside is that the dumbells only go up to 50lbs and the bench is a smith machine. Otherwise can't complain about the gym. The gym is open 24/7 I believe... The pool and lounge areas are pretty nice. There are 4 to 6 grills (didn't look too closely) so there is plenty of grilling space to go around. The people here are all pretty nice and haven't seen anyone causing trouble yet. The main lounge area/pool deck at the center of the apartment is shut down at 10pm so there isn't any issues with noise. All in all, no complaints so far. The apartment is beautiful and you get a lot for how much you are spending. Hopefully will write an update review in 6 months to a year.

I could hear way too much of what our upstairs neighbor was doing, and our downstairs neighbor apparently took a hit out on us because "we were so loud." Um, no, it's called really crappy, squeaky floors. Awful. It made us feel like we had no privacy whatsoever. The office staff was okay, oh except for the fact that they would delay notifying us about packages delivered. I'm giving 3 stars because it was an apartment after all, so how much can you expect? At least it was cheap.

What's to love: a garage space included in the rent, lots and lots and lots of storage, generally a very quiet place, the management is so responsive to requests, great outdoor pool and a super convenient location. I can get to downtown Minneapolis in 15 minutes, downtown St. Paul in 20 minutes, 694 in 2 minutes.... The property is owned by Mateer Properties. They own three or so other apartment complexes in the area. I highly recommend them and highly recommend this property. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to live here and hope the next tenants have as good of an experience as I have had.

Loden SV is a luxury apartment complex situated in Shoreview, close to businesses, and stores…read more My experience at Loden SV was pleasant but nothing exceptional. The things I liked were the facilities, nice gym, outdoor pool, dog wash area, and an elegant common room area. The things that I did not like about the building was that the staff seemed to only care about themselves and not really the residents. I had a few issues which I felt like when I would go to the staff about the answers were rude and not reassuring. I had issues of my packages being torn open, taped back together, and missing items. You pay a $500 cleaning fee when moving in but then I am still charged for tiny stains that the building says they were able to get out of the carpet. Which I should not be charged extra for unless it was not removable. What was the point of paying a $500 cleaning fee in the first place. It puts your mind at ease but then after moving out you find out they will charge you for something that can be fixed. When I first moved in on move in day, they messed up the scheduling to reserve my loading zone time which left a bad taste in my mouth as soon as I moved in. I had signed my lease 6 months before move in and after a month of waiting I wanted to cancel, but they wouldn't let me unless I paid ridiculous fees. Which the building was not even open yet and my unit not even built yet, so there should have been an easier way since it was still many months ahead. I've lived at other Luxury apartments before and for what you pay at Loden I would say is 50% worth it. The amenities are the winner. But, having to deal with staff, and all the policies it is not that great. Also, having to worry about your mail is really stressful. All in all, I didn't want to move here, but was stuck into the lease. I made the most of my experience while there, but there were definitely issues along the way.

From the hallways always smelling like pot, the trash left in the hallways and elevators to the common spaces that are continuously monopolized and often left trashed the Isaac is far from luxury living. Now let's get to the topic of how often the Roseville police are here. From fights in the parking lot, loud parties and people who don't even live here sleeping in the common spaces or the bathroom they are here at minimum once a week. I will say that I do like my unit but living here and paying $1700 a month to put up with all the chaos is not worth it. Management states that they are working on the issue but they never seem to improve. I cannot wait to move out of this place.
