The outside balcony is a real treat with great views over Bournemouth for the 8th floor of a building that's already on a hill. The seats are heated from below, and there are blankets too if you feel the breeze. A great location. Sadly the best view. ..out to sea. .. is tantalisingly only seen with a lean over the edge of the balcony. The sea view is reserved for the £550k apartments that have that side of the building. The staff were welcoming enough with a slightly condescending this-is-exclusive-you-know expression on their faces, but maybe they get tourists covered in sand just going for a look.

The dj often accepts requests when hes not supposed to and actually has a good collection. they do a vintage fair oncfe a month which is pretty awesome.
