They made it super easy for us to arrange our caterer to come and serve all of our employees and have entertainment. Everything was seamless. Set up to take down everything was great. Usually when we have an event, there's always a couple of people that will complain about something. No one had any complaints after our event they loved everything. After waiting over 20 minutes, I finally received a call from someone named Parm, who said my appointment was actually scheduled on March 22nd. When I tried to explain to him that I had canceled that appointment and rescheduled for today, he immediately cut me off and told me that I needed to listen to him now. My fiance overhead his tone of voice and immediately told him that he wasn't to speak to me in that manner. Bottom line, things happen for a reason. We were unable to tour the venue as scheduled, treated very unprofessionally by the staff, and therefore decided to look elsewhere for our wedding venue.

The small track homes that flank all sides of the main road are a distraction that take away from the once grandiose Copper River Club. I have been to many a holiday party here that were classy and lovely as well as other events. They are consistent at putting forth beautiful events with decent food and an inviting ambiance. The restrooms are right at the front of the main area and easily accessed from the restaurant area as well. The pool is lovely and the tennis courts are well maintained.

And as a future country club member this would be the last place I would join. Fort is just a couple blocks away and their customer service is so much better. STAY AWAY!
