It was a long time ago so my numbers aren't 100% accurate but it's not about the numbers, it's about these people being scammers!!! Around 2021 or 2022 I came to this gym to sign up but they scammed me on the contract. They told me that I would only pay $120/month for a year and if I wanted to cancel before the year length I would have to just pay a small fee of like $80, I agreed and signed the contract because that's what they told me and I believed them. 2 months after I signed the contract I wanted to cancel, and they said I owed $1200!!!I was furious and upset! I did not want to pay because they lied to me and I even changed my credit cards and somehow they still managed to take money from my bank! They said the contract I signed stated I would have to pay for the full year, and here I thought I just had to pay an $80 cancellation fee! I don't recommend this place cause these people have no morals and are scammers but if you do, proceed with caution, and make sure to read your full contract thoroughly and really know what you're signing!!!

So I arrived early and found the parking no problem. Reina who was the lovely front desk person was so helpful, amazing and kind. Then we get into the fact that they have towel service and 2 showers!. Yes you do have to sign up for the showers and girls if it's hair wash day they have blow dryers for you to use. Full service in this location. Then we get into the class which has an open studio policy 10 minute before class. Coach Dave was awesome today. The class itself was a 2g which I typically don't like but was able to get through it no complaints. This would definitely be my 2nd choice for when I need to be in dtla if my home OTF or favorite coach isn't teaching.

The variety of workouts targeting different zones in the session truly makes it a multi-dimensional workout that keeps you engaged (I get bored easily lol). My FAVORITE part about the workout is the heart monitoring! As a fit, athletic woman who has asthma, I'm always pushed harder than I should because coaches assume I can always do more because I look super fit! But the heart rate monitors allow us to see our rates, and there is color coding that helps the instructor keep us in a healthy range. Melany was VERY attentive to this, and had me lower my speed in order to come back down from "RED" zone when we were in resting/recovery periods before jumping back to high intensity. This made the workout feel so safe for me, and I ended up getting the most splat points my first time here! I'll definitely be back! My only note would be to CHECK THE ADDRESS of the location in your text/email. I typed Orange Theory DTLA in my navigation and it brought me to the "south park" location, which is also downtown. I almost missed my class altogether after having to commute from South Park to the DTLA location.

I mostly take Jojo's classes because they fit best with my schedule, and after training with her for three months, she has truly made me stronger than before. Her energy is unmatched, and she pushes you to show up and challenge yourself every time. Whenever I get the chance, I also take Sarah's classes, and her energy is always motivating and encouraging. Both Jojo and Sarah truly believe in you and push you past your limits. I haven't tried all the other coaches yet, but I already know they're amazing too. Highly recommend!

I initially found him on Groupon 3yrs ago and fell in love with the way he thoughtfully organizes his workouts and that he trains us like the way athletes are trained! I also love that its outdoors!!! (Reminded me of my training when i played tennis in high school! Hehe) So when i saw his Groupon again during Pandemic i didn't even think twice! I even brought with me two of my friends! Because i was confident about Paul! I just knew they'd love him!! And it's definitely something i needed way more than anticipated during this tough times! Paul is such a kickass trainer! I absolutely love that he really pushes you but also makes sure to remind you to take care of yourself and take a break if you really need to! I love that he brings all this equipments (ropes, different kinds of workout bands, cones, ladders, even extra mats and alcohol spray and sanitizers, etc! However, the coaches here met me at my level, and helped me slowly but surely fall in love with fitness. I am not the picture of fitness per se but I am so much better today at 245 lbs than I was 3 years ago when I started. The facility itself is big and always very clean. The equipment is in great condition and always clean. The people make you feel welcomed and always encourage you to do your best. I cannot remember the last time I went somewhere and felt everyone wishing you the best. The community here is awesome and really reflects the coaches. Coach/Owner Rich is always available to answer any questions and help guide you to the best of his abilities. Coach Anna and Hayden are just stellar, I cannot stress how much these 2 have impacted me on a personal level and fitness level.
