I have lived within this complex for over 4 years. The layout is spacious however poorly constructed. The air conditioner unit is located in the kitchen and does not allow airflow into the living rooom. Thus significantly increasing the electric bill during the summer month while you remain hot and still sweating. There is no overhead light in the living room. I have two stand up lights. It is so dark that at night in order to do work on the computer and see sufficiently, I need to keep the hallway light on, the kitchen light, and 2 stand up lights and I still have a difficult time completing work. The hot water heater has problems every 4-6 weeks leaving tenants without hot water for days at a time. Additionally, the water in my bathroom has been running since I moved in. They have yet to fix it. As you can imagine, Maintenance is terrible and the staff in the property office is just as bad. They do not return calls or appear concerned when tennants call. Tennants have stopped calling because it is a waste of time. Snow removal is the worst. I fell outside my building and twisted my ankle and still, maintenance does not adequately clear walkways.
