I needed a logo/watermark for my part-time photography business. I approached Brad with a very general idea of what I wanted -- simple and clean, but modern and relevant. Within a day of contacting Brad, he came up with about 20 mock-ups. After I narrowed it down to a couple I wanted to see explored further, he came up with another 15 or so mock-ups. Though our agreement was to design one logo, he allowed me to have two -- one for general logo usage (website, business card) and one to be used to watermark my photos. Knowing he had 10+ years agency experience working for the likes of Kraft Canada, Sears, and Mercedes-Benz, I thought he would be a little too rich for my blood. Surprisingly, his costs were VERY reasonable, and I felt the service was top notch. I am embarrassed to admit to how much he charged me! If you need design work done, I am confident that Brad can make this experience as painless as possible.

This is the original store but the review is really about UPS…read more My son went to this store to send me my Apple phone while I was in Florida. The phone made it to Detroit and looked like it arrived, was released and then recalled "for inspection". After calls every week to UPS including the customs half of the building, they finally admitted after 5 weeks that it was stolen. I kept asking them to open a file to find it, but they just kept closing the file. I've called the Toronto location many times but they have not been able to help. To add insult to injury, they didn't even return the shipping cost. I lost over $1000.00 and there is no one that cares. I contacted 2 police departments but that was useless as well. Apparently they told me that January is a bad month for theft in the warehouse in Detroit. If you were given or bought this phone...it was stolen!!!.

Do not have a package from another carrier dropped off at UPS on Queen St e. I called the UPS store…read moreon Queen e and asked if they had DHL dropoff and the young guy told me I can have my DHL package rerouted to UPS on Queen St e. Great! NOT! What he failed to tell me is that UPS charges almost $20 for me to pick up my DHL package. Had I known this up front I would have rerouted the package to my neighbor. Really bad communication. I would give no stars but that was not an option.
