Most of the mail carriers are amazing aside from one who can't do his job. Not sure why they even…read moreemploy him. But the way they manage this office and their carriers is ridiculous. Not sure if all post offices are run like this but this one rewards those that are too "injured" (read lazy) to do their job and allows others to take every other day off. Which then forces the other carriers to have to bust their ass for the incompetence/lazy few that refuse to work.

Wow. So they are not actually UPS.. they are a franchise shipping store that uses UPS.. which I…read morewas not aware of as it doesn't say that anywhere in there. In order to ship here, the location charges you service fees on top of the UPS shipping rate, and in some cases these charges EXCEED the actual UPS rate.. example.. UPS rate was $29.75 + service fees of an additional $32 and then tax making the total of $61.97 ... for one 15lb ground package. This was not told to me at the time. It's only when I had to call UPS and have "Signature Required" removed .. I did NOT request Signature Required.. they put it in there and I could not fix it. Wasted an hour trying to get UPS to update it and they wouldn't as the "shipper" put it on there. When I relayed I was the shipper, that's when they said that actually this store is a franchise and not affiliated with actual UPS. I paid almost $150 for three boxes. Half of that was just service fees. Save money and avoid this at all costs. What gets me is there is no signage or anyone who says it's not actually UPS but just a store using their name. No where. I feel this is criminal and I would avoid at all costs. What else don't they tell you? Yeah. Receipts posted - see for yourself.

Unbeknownst to us, they brought in a third party moving company (State to State Relocations) a month before our scheduled move. When I questioned STS about why they were involved I was told they're a subsidiary of 2 Men. I was then told by STS that my inventory would require a 30' and 40' truck, and the additional 10' I would get with the 40' would be $6,000. We negotiated down to $3,000. However, when they arrived on moving day, there was only 1-30' truck and 3 men. We were then told they would load the truck, take it to their shipping yard and come back for another load, after which they would load everything in an 18 wheeler for delivery to our new state. After much drama, the supervisor (Nolan) left to get the 2nd truck yet brought back a small Penske truck. We had to cram our vehicles with our belongings because their trucks were full. Nolan then advised that if we wanted a direct delivery it would cost an additional $9,000. Or we would have to wait until they could deliver our stuff which would take upwards of to 1-2 months. I immediately called his superior (Peter) who CLAIMED it was a miscommunication. They would deliver as expected. During the 12 hr drive to our new state we saw they were behind us. I then received a call from Nolan advising his company wanted him to fly to Honolulu from Reno, which was an hour ahead, and Nolan asked if I could give him $5,000 of the balance we owed for travel expenses. He said the 2 men with him would be fine delivering our belongings. I told him absolutely not. The 2 men did not speak English, which would be impossible to deal with plus I had no intention of giving him any money before delivery. Nolan advised they would deliver that night when we arrived and I told him no way are we going to be in any shape after a 12 hr drive. We agreed on 8 am the following morning. However, they didn't show up until 10 am, shattered a 4'x5' antique wall mirror, chipped and scratched several pieces of antique furniture, left all the packing materials, and asked for a tip. During this entire time, we were calling Robert with STS Since he was who booked our original move. Still, at no time did Robert admit that he was not involved. A move that was originally booked at $16,000.00 ended up costing us $35,000.00. They had us backed into a corner and we felt we had no alternative but to just get through it, since the buyers wanted the house the next morning. NEVER, EVER, use either of these movers. We found out afterwards that STS does this bait and switch as a regular practice. The number of complaints is unbelievable, where people still don't have their belongings.
