I have not gotten mail in the 17 days I have lived here. After explaining it, this rep said all she could do is pass on a message. Really? She "doesn't know Postal rules except she knows it is illegal to throw away mail. I have checked. It is not being sent back. Got keys to mailbox 5 days ago, got into home 17 days ago, have reports that mail HAS BEEN DELIVERED HERE. What score would you give? They don't offer 0 or less.

I reserved a UHaul trailer online and it told me that I would need to pick it up at this location. Now, it's important to know that there are several other locations closer to where I live, but this was THE location the website directed me to. I called the day prior to make sure they had my reservation and that everything was in order, and was assured that it was. Morning of I call to let them know I may be a little late in picking the trailer up and am told that won't be a problem because the previous person hasn't returned it yet. I ask when they are going to return the trailer and am told it will be returned "this morning". Well, "this morning", I pull into the lot. No trailers. None. Not a good sign. I think there's a very slim chance that there is a hidden lot, but I doubt it. I go inside and tell the representative that I'm here to get the trailer. He tells me that the previous person hasn't returned it yet, so I can wait. That's it. Just tells me to wait. I stare at him confusedly for a quick second, and then ask how long I will need to wait for. He says he'll call the person and ask. Calls. No answer. I ask when the trailer was SUPPOSED to have been returned. The answer? FOUR DAYS AGO!!! So let me get this straight? You want me to wait for an indeterminate amount of time for someone to bring back a trailer they were supposed to have returned FOUR DAYS AGO?!?! I tell the attendant that isn't acceptable and he says he will need to call to the regional dispatch to see what can be done. He calls. No answer. He leaves a message. And then? Nothing. Just sits there. I ask, how long it's going to be. He doesn't know. He has to wait for them to call him back. I tell him that isn't acceptable, I'm not waiting for someone to call him back. I go on the uHaul website, there's a trailer at another location EVEN FARTHER from my house. I ask the attendant if I can transfer my reservation to the other location. Can't. That's what the call back is for. I tell him that is completely unacceptable and tell him to cancel my reservation. He argues with me, clearly doesn't want to, even tries calling the regional number again. No answer. He finally agrees to cancel the reservation. I book the trailer at the other location. Go there. It's ready for me and the attendant helps me hook it up. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes. Avoid THIS location at all costs.
