My issue was with the billing. The technician did not clean the entire room. He said the cost was based on the square footage, however, I was billed for a 12 x 12 room. I was told by the office that they have a minimum charge. I was not informed of that policy. No adjustment was offered. Had I known, I would have asked them to clean the entire room.

They spent almost a week at our house working very hard in the heat of July, with no electricity, of course no a/c & not even a fan could be plugged in! The crews are great and I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Jeanette. She coordinated everything and relieved me from having to do these things while we were still in shock and looking for a place to live. They have continued to store our personal belongings and everything is tagged & numbered & they will bring you anything you need. They took my large area rugs & were able to clean them & save them. They took our televisions & plugged them in to see if they would turn on. They are not just for cleaning your carpet or removing water, although they do these things and do them well also. I highly recommend Service Master especially for anyone experiencing a house fire, Thankfully, our insurance policy is covering all of these expenses, but even if it was out of our pocket, I would use Service Master. They have been a life-saver for us! Thank you Service Master! Thank you Ms. Jeanette!

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! I also enclosed a picture of the fruit basket that they packed up with fruit still in it so when I open the box, it had rotten, rotten fruit, and vegetables still in it with nothing but fruit flies and absolute revolting, smell what dumb company packs up a fruit basket with fruit still in it And does not even apologize for not one single thing that has happened and the fact that we're out thousands of dollars without even a single apology!

CertaPro did our drywall repair and painting. The work was very good; however, the workmen had to be monitored. On two separate days, they stopped work before checking that all the work was finished. The workmen also did not communicate with us; they would leave without saying a word, one time after being there less than an hour. I had to regularly call the project manager to inquire about when to expect the workers.
