We really tried to give patience and grace however she crossed many lines the week of our wedding. Jennifer's professionalism and communication was not there: -She would take longer than two days to get back to us the week of the wedding for urgent questions and claimed that she is "too busy" - but she had enough time to post pictures of the flowers she bought for our wedding, as well as repost Taylor Swift's engagement on Instagram. Lady, you have time -Our first look photos were 2 hours before our church ceremony, and she said that she would not be able to deliver the bouquet and boutonnieres up to Inland Empire. She wanted me to ask our photographer who is local to OC bring the flowers - which is not his job. I ended up picking up the flowers the day before, had followed all instructions that she provided, and the flowers were not in good condition the morning of our wedding day. -I had told her multiple times that my family member would be making boutonnieres for the aunts/uncles which she okay'd. Before the evening reception, she threatened to take all of the flowers away because it was "breaching contract" and that my family was not allowed to make their own boutonnières. After we had showed her screenshots of the email exchange of our agreement, she backed off. -I had created a visual mockup of how we wanted our sweetheart table to look (flower meadow along with a sign of our last names). the day of, she took creative liberty and when told that the sweetheart table was not what I had specified, she said that "this is what the bride had wanted". After physically adjusting the sweetheart table myself during the room reveal, she finally adjusted things similar to the original mockup that i created for her, during cocktail hour. -during my husband and I's room reveal and private vow exchange, she lingered the whole time not to adjust the sweetheart table, but to take photos of us for her social media. it made us extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask staff to have her leave. -she delayed the time that our guests were allowed to enter the reception, because she was taking social media photos and videos for her personal use. -she had promised to have another boutonniere ready for my husband at the reception so that it would look fresh for reception photos - when we had asked her at the reception where the boutonniere was, she said that she "forgot to make one". My husband's best man was kind enough to give him his boutonnière instead. She came back after saying that she will make my husband's bout, but will not be making one for the best man that gave his bout away.

That's what I tell all my friends now because having Cindy on our big day was one of the BEST choices we made for our wedding! We booked Cindy for flowers and reception day-of coordination services and when I tell you I could actually turn off my brain as a bride, I really did. I did not once check the time. Cindy followed through and delivered what she promised us--that we could relax and be in the moment and leave all the logistics and cueing to her. After experiencing a really poor coordination service for my ceremony, trust me when I say that this service alone is 100% WORTH IT. Beyond that, Cindy worked beautifully with my photographer team and the kitchen staff. I know that if things are running smoothly and I don't notice the errors, it means she's doing her job. SOMEONE is back there managing all the craziness lol. I say this because during my ceremony with another coordinator, I noticed ALL the problems.... Moreover, when I got my photos taken and Cindy was present, she made sure my hair and dress were always photo-ready. I love her attention to detail and ensuring the bride looks good at all times. Cindy's attention to detail and strong organization skills were evident throughout our preparation 2 months out and in the flowers and reception decor. Everything came together so beautifully and the reception looked straight out of Pinterest. I couldn't believe that my own wedding looked like what I see online. Though we didn't book Cindy for our ceremony (our venue came with one), she did drop by at the end of the ceremony just to transfer the flowers to the reception, and even then, one thing stood out to me--I was getting my group photo taken and Cindy quickly went up to fix my dress that I knew wasn't laying down properly. It is exactly the little things like this that I seek from a coordinator--to be looked out for!! All in all, my husband and I both felt entirely taken care of during our reception. Our only regret is not having her for our ceremony also. Selfishly, I wished that Cindy charges by the hour and not by separate venues so that I could've had her for both ceremony and reception since my reception itself was pretty short. We reached out to Erika after meeting with several florist, she immediately replied to our inquiry and sent over a proposal with all the items we asked for and stayed within our budget.
