He yelled at me about what pop I wanted. He said "maybe it's an upcharge" and wouldn't look it up. He told us that it didn't even matter because the prices were the same. He wouldn't tell us prices when we asked. The entire time he acted as though I was annoying him and not worth his time. I understand that everyone has rough days, so I will not hold it against him, but it was such a horrible experience I'm leaving this review. Also, the movie theatre is very cold.

We experienced an unexpected medical emergency that required us to leave immediately. My mother, who is an emergency room physician, was called to the hospital and we were unable to stay for our movie. During a moment when we had a lot on our minds, Gavin handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and understanding. He promptly assisted us with refunding both our movie tickets and food purchases without any issues or complications. His calm and respectful approach made a difficult situation much easier to manage, and we greatly appreciated the compassion he showed. Excellent customer service is often measured by how people respond when things don't go according to plan, and Gavin represented your theater exceptionally well.
