It turns out they have two sides to their business. The "farmacy" side of the business has an austere, clinical vibe. In that section they sell topicals, edibles, gummies, pre-rolls, tinctures, and more. The smoke shop side of the business has lots of colorful spray-painted artwork on the walls that looks like graffiti. There is something interesting (mainly glass pipes and bongs) everywhere you look. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I had already picked out the two creams I wanted to try from their website, so I showed him pictures of them, but they only had one in stock. He assured me the one they had would be good for my hands, so I bought it. It was expensive at $60, but worth it to me if it calms the inflammation. I started to leave, but then went back and asked if they had gummies that would help me sleep. He kindly gave me a small sample pack to try before bed. My trip to CBD Farmacy felt like a fun little adventure. I tried the cream on my hands when I got home and it reduced the inflammation immediately and made my hands feel super soft, but I had to apply more a couple hours later. Upon pulling up it was nice to see they have available parking. I walked in and immediately was greeted by David. This clearly cant be the guy the negative reviews talked about because he was very friendly, got me exactly what I needed and even got me 10% off my first order as a first time customer! I got 5 (full sized) joints for $5 ( shake but cant beat that price!) And I got a battery and indica cartridge. They had multiple other selections and I cant wait to go back and try more. They have an atm available that allows up to $200 to be pulled out AND they have tap pay and also accept credit cards! All this was very convenient as this comes into play later... As I went to pay (ONLY $35!) unfortunately my card was DECLINED and I ended up having to leave. David made the whole interaction very comfortable and apologized that I was having problems with my bank. Almost all were Deva Curl specialists, a program I am not interested in. Nothing stood out as the right place, or the right stylist for me. A few weeks ago I was done with my now ridiculously long hair. I was determined to find the right hairdresser. So I searched Yelp "just" for stylists in my area, since it was useless identifying "curly hair" specialists. Then I searched the Reviews of local stylists for the phrase "curly". That's how I discovered Jamie. She has many good reviews from people who were grateful for their curly cuts. I made a consultation appointment so she could see my hair and we could discuss if we were a good match. Jamie is absolutely delightful. She's joyful, kind, and welcoming (and on time!) and most importantly, she TRULY listens.
