Their pricing is very fair--because let's be honest, no one enjoys paying for car repairs--but their 3-year/36,000-mile warranty (whichever comes last) really helps ease the sting. That kind of coverage is practically unheard of. The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. They're also honest about what services are actually needed and don't try to upsell me on unnecessary work like dealerships often do. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Christian Brothers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable place for auto repairs.

I was able to get a hold of family in Rockdale, Texas, that came to my aid. I contacted Rockdale Country Ford's Service Department and had my vehicle towed there. The parts department and the service department, were able to get the parts in and get me back on the road the following morning, without the upselling, that you find with most dealerships. Great bunch of folks, if I didn't live so far away, I would do more business with them.

We left the truck with their service department. They wrote down each of our concerns and phoned us the next day with feedback. Very thorough and friendly. Once the part they were waiting on was installed they called to say the truck was ready. We prepared to make another two and half hour drive, but no they offered (without prompting) to deliver our vehicle. AWESOME! We truly appreciated the extra touch. They were flexible with my daughter's class schedule and even offered to pick up the car key from her. They were able to diagnose the issue, made some observations and advise us on what need to be done. Estimates and detailed suggestions were given for us to make a decision on what to do.
