I wanted a 1 on 1 & an agent who cares & knows me & my go to. The horror of somethings that I really got screwed over with by another Insurance Company. That being said, I made an appt w/ Ian who walked me through the process, explained everything, I took notes, we looked at different options & what fitted me best or what was needed. His knowledge patience "for sure" and helping me always when I needed an answer or had a question was always very thorough & explained it always so I understood. I have recently spoken with Kelly who is such a kind , caring & understands not all of us know insurance. She as well was very thorough with what I was inquiring about. She even called me back to follow up as I had not had the chance to reach out to her yet with details needed. Lovely person. Moving forward got all T's crossed & I's dotted very efficient thorough and all I can say is thus far I have been extremely Happy with State Farm office in Sanatoga, They truly care about you as in individual & not just a number. They just sat there waiting for me to wonder when the heck these were going to come. They also made some mistakes on my paperwork. Honestly, this stuff is not too hard to figure out, you can do it yourself by mail and it takes the same amount of time. It's a ashame, wish this place was on ball. I would avoid coming here again and suggest you do too.
