I have to call for questions over the past few years and she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and abrasive. I shouldn't have to feel like I am ruining someone's day by calling and asking questions on the policies that I AM PAYING FOR!!!! I have made several complaints about this woman and was even assured they work with her on customer etiquette. Well that ever happened so I finally yes to sales call from state farm and switched.
